Second floor master bedroom with queen bed, full bath and deck with ocean views, second floor mini master bedroom with queen bed and half bath, additional bedroom with queen bed, one bunk room with 1 single, 1 full, and 1 queen bed, full bath in hall. Third floor sun room opens to large deck with awesome ocean views. Third floor also contains a large family room with home theater, wet bar, table perfect for game nights, 1/2 bath and 5th bedroom with queen bed. The house is fabulous for a large group of friends or family. It is a short walk to a beautiful guarded beach.

We have owned a vacation property in beautiful Brigantine for over 15 years and we love the island. You get all the benefits of an island vacation without the crowds you find in other beach towns. There are plenty of restaurants, outdoor activities and shops and Atlantic City is a short drive away.
Why they chose this property
We renovated the house in 2017 and try to make some upgrades every winter. It is bright and clean and full of new furnishings. We have added new air conditioning and heat, upgraded the kitchen, replaced most of the flooring, painted the entire house and upgraded the furnishings and bedding. All appliances were replaced in 2017. We have replaced both full bathrooms and the half bath in the mini master bedroom on the second floor.
What makes this property unique
In addition to having 5 large bedrooms, this house has lots of common area and is very comfortable for a group or a family. The first floor dining room and kitchen can accommodate a large group, and the third floor sun room, family room and deck are perfect for a crowd and also features a wet bar and a dining/game area.
