The home is spacious and situated on the lake with amazing views, great for peaceful long walks. It has a very homely feel and is kept in an immaculate condition. Private parking is outside the house and a maximum of two cars can be kept on the driveway. Nearby is Craigavon Shopping Centre with cinema and restaurants also close by. There is also home delivery services for food and a supermarket nearby.
