Welcome to Paradise Pier, a beautifully located family-friendly home just outside the Disney Resort. From our front door, it’s an easy 20–25 minute walk to the Mickey & Friends FREE tram, which takes you directly to the Disneyland front gates, making park days simple and stress-free. With shops, dining, and entertainment nearby, you’ll have everything you need within easy reach.
After a day at the parks, come home and relax in your private heated pool and spa, or gather around the outdoor firepit for cozy evenings under the Southern California sky. Whether you’re spending quality time with family, roasting s’mores, or simply unwinding, the backyard is designed for making memories.
At Funtierland, we’re committed to providing a clean, comfortable, and worry-free stay. We follow enhanced cleaning procedures and offer convenient contactless check-in and check-out. For added peace of mind, an electrostatic disinfectant spray treatment can be added to your reservation for a small fee.

Maximum occupancy is 9 individuals total (including infants)


Maximum of 6 adults


Adding guest(s) after the initial booking may incur an additional guest fee


STR Rules Deposit Hold:
All reservations are subject to an additional $500–$700 STR Rules Deposit HOLD


This is not charged unless house rules are violated


The hold helps ensure compliance with house rules and protects the property
Small dogs allowed (under 25 lbs) - fee and deposit will apply. Inquire for more information.

Bookings Within 30 Days of Arrival:
Additional screening/background checks and proof of payment are required


Minimum Stay:
3-night minimum stay


Parking:
Maximum 3 vehicles allowed in the driveway ONLY


Driveway fits approximately 2 minivans and 1 standard vehicle


Vehicles must not encroach onto the sidewalk


No parking on public streets


RVs and trailers of any kind are strictly prohibited


City-Mandated Quiet Hours:
Quiet time is from 10:00 PM – 9:00 AM


Outdoor areas (pool, patio, garage/game rooms, etc.) are off limits during these hours


Guest Compliance:
Guests must agree to follow all city requirements


Violations may result in fines, civil actions, and/or criminal prosecution


Booking Policies:
We reserve the right to decline requests that leave 2-day gaps in our calendar


Guests are required to complete a rental agreement


A pre-arrival email with the property address and unique door code will be sent approximately two weeks before arrival


Reservations over 10 nights may incur an additional mid-stay cleaning fee


Check-ins and/or check-outs on major holidays may incur an additional cleaning fee


Primary guest must be 25 years or older to book
