Le coin est très calme les propriétaires sont absolument charmant. Sarlat n'est pas loin et plein de villages autours à découvrir. La piscine est très bien entretenue. Le site produit son énergie électrique et son eau chaude grâces à de discrèts panneaux solaires. A savoir, il s'agit de deux lots, celui que nous avions réservé est en dessous d'un appartement, mais ils sont completement indépendants. Encore merci aux propriétaires pour leur gentillesse. Je recommande fortement ce site.

Très bon séjour en famille chez Jérôme et Hélène

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans un des deux gites de Jérôme et Hélène. Très bon accueil et de bons conseils de la part de Jérôme. Le gite est très bien placé, propre et doté de tous les équipements nécessaires, la piscine et sa vue nous ont ravis! Nous recommandons !

Gite bien situé

Ce gîte est merveilleusement bien situé pour visiter plein de sites ! Et faire du canoë Grand, fonctionnel, il dispose d'une magnifique piscine à l'eau de pluie qui surplombe toute la vallée. Et on est très bien accueilli et gâté par nos hôtes. N'hésitez pas à réserver

1 semaine très agréable

Un séjour très agréable, des hôtes charmants et discrets. L'appartement est très propre et bien équipé. Nous avons bien profité de la piscine, St Julien de lampon est très bien situé sur la Dordogne. Seul regret, 1 semaine est un peu court pour visiter la région. Nous recommandons chaudement.

Perfektes Haus für Reise ins Perigord

Die Unterkunft ist perfekt geeignet für eine Reise ins Perigord, das Tal der Dordogne und Exkursionen in das Tal der Vézère mit den vielen historischen Stätten der Steinzeit inklusive der Höhle von Lascaux. Das Haus ist auf einem Hügel oberhalb des Dorfes Saint-Julien-de-Lampon gelegen (ca. 3 km). Im Dorf gibt es einen kleinen Laden, ein Restaurant, einen Bäcker und einen sehr guten Metzger. In ungefähr 20 Minuten ist man in Sarlat. Die Unterkunft ist nicht mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist im Erdgeschoss, im Stockwerk darüber befindet sich eine zweite Ferienwohnung. Mit den anderen Gästen kommt man kaum in Berührung, da deren Eingang sich auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite befindet. Die beiden Schlafzimmer haben jeweils Waschbecken und Dusche, die Toilette ist ein eigener Raum. Wohnzimmer und Küche bieten eine Einheit. Die Ausstattung ist absolut urlaubsgerecht, alle wichtigen Gegenstände sind vorhanden. Hervorzuheben ist der Plancha-Grill, der sich hervorragend für die Zubereitung von Meeresfrüchten, Fleisch und auch Gemüse eignet. Der Hof vor dem Haus ist mit vielen Sitzgelegenheiten ausgestattet und wird von niemand anderem benutzt. Das Schwimmbad liegt oberhalb des Ferienhauses und ist über zwei verschiedene Wege zu erreichen. Von dort aus hat man einen noch besseren Blick auf das Tal als vom Haus bzw. Garten aus. Man teilt sich das Schwimmbad mit den Mietern der zweiten Ferienwohnung sowie den Besitzern und deren Kindern und Enkeln. Da kann es am Pool schon einmal etwas lebhafter zugehen. Die Ruhe im und am Haus stört das nicht. Wir sind mit Hund gereist, der sich auch sehr wohl fühlte und herzlich willkommen war. Die Straßen und Wege um das Haus sind nur von Anwohnern befahren, so dass man dort ausgedehnt spazieren gehen kann. Wir können nur 5 Sterne vergeben auch und gerade für die sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Hausherren!

Très bon séjour

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en Dordogne pour nos vacances. Le gîte est très bien équipé, notamment dans la cuisine. Le lieu est très paisible. La piscine est appréciable après une bonne journée de visite.

POUR: - Gîte agréable, bien situé, et loin du tumulte de la ville. - Maison spacieuse, bien équipée. - Vue très agréable notamment depuis la piscine. -Propriétaire très sympathique et de très bon conseil concernant les sites à visiter. CONTRE: La piscine n'est pas privée comme dit sur l annonce. Il y a une autre location et on partage la piscine. Piscine non chauffée comme le dit l annonce, elle est chauffée par le soleil

Séjour très agréable

Région superbe, le gîte nous a parfaitement convenu, très bien équipé, très bonne idée pour la plancha (pouvant cuisiner des mets délicieux). Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et discrets. La piscine est bien située avec une vue magnifique sur la vallée. Endroit très paisible. Encore merci pour la petite attention qui nous attendait à notre arrivée.

Des vacances formidables

Superbe gîte...

Le gîte est très bien équipé et la décoration y est très soignée... l'espace extérieur offre une vue imprenable sur la vallée de la Dordogne. Rien ne manque à ce gîte et surtout pas la convivialité... les propriétaires sont charmants et intarissables sur les diverses propositions de visites à effectuer. Ils connaissent bien la région et sont de très bon conseil pour les bonnes adresses : restaurants, sites à visiter, ballades etc etc... et une petite mention spéciale pour le prêt des livres dont je me suis régalée au bord de la piscine chauffée. Un seul regret... nous nous y sommes pris trop tard pour y retourner en 2015.
