The flat is part of an architectural whole in a unique location in a green and quiet setting. Ideally located on the edge of the Bourgoyen-Ossemeersen nature reserve, just 3 km from Ghent's historic center. Located on the ground floor, the apartment is stylishly decorated with contemporary design and comfort and features a private garden with garden furniture.

The flat consists of one open space and a bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower or combination bath / shower, sink and toilet. The open space features a comfortable sofa, a table with two chairs, a double bed (2 boxspring beds of 90x210) and a kitchenette.

The kitchenette is equipped with a small fridge, sink, microwave, nespresso machine & tea maker, crockery, ... ideal for preparing breakfast and a small meal. Please note that the kitchenette can not be cooked.
There is a groceries and breakfast service if desired.

The flat is located outside the circulation plan and therefore no license is required for the car. Free private parking available. Very smooth public transport: bus stop at 250m, bus on average at 7 'to 10', bus ride to center takes 15 '. There is also the possibility to rent bicycles and e-bikes.

Mooi appartement

Een mooi appartement met leuke tuin. Inrichting was ook OK. En de fietsen die we voor weinig geld erbij konden huren waren ook goed.

Everything about our visit was perfect. Walter & Sandra are exceptional hosts, the property is ideally situated overlooking a nature preserve in a very quiet neighborhood. There is a bus stop less than 5 min walk and easy 10 min bus to the city center. The apartment has everything you could need for a short or long stay. They provide recommendations for sights and dining to meet everyone’s needs. We could not have been more satisfied with our stay! We would return without hesitation & we would highly recommmed.

Muy confortable. Buena ubicación

Una estancia muy agradable y confortable. Propietarios muy atentos con detalles como la botella de cava al llegar, te y café a punto.... y siempre atentos a las necesidades y con multitud de sugerencias de visitas. Ubicado al lado de un bonito parque natural. El unico pero seria que no tiene una cocina para cocinar (pero sí orno microondas, calentador de agua para te, cafetera electrica, tostadora...). Gent es una ciudad preciosa!! Muy recomendable.
