The UHC ARCO DEL SOL FAMILY COMPLEX residence has a privileged location on the first line of Arenal Beach, awarded the Blue Flag for the quality of its waters.



The centre of L' Hospitalet de l'Infant is 2 km from the complex. It is the perfect place to spend a few relaxing days with family in front of the beach. Without mass tourism, being able to enjoy the absolute tranquillity of the beaches and the proximity of a mountainous area to practise outdoor activities. There is a wide range of possibilities to explore in the surrounding area.



DISTRIBUTION:

- Living-dining room with air conditioning and direct access to the terrace with sea views. There is a double sofa bed.

- Kitchen with hatch to the living room (open-plan) fully equipped.

- Master bedroom with double bed and access to the terrace

- Children's bedroom with bunk beds.

- 1 full bathroom with bathtub.

- There is a second bathroom with the shower disabled, so it is considered a toilet. The apartment is advertised with only 1 bathroom.



The building has a communal garden with sun loungers and 2 swimming pools (One for adults and another for children).



GOOD TO KNOW:

- Group bookings are not accepted.

- Air conditioning only in the lounge.

- Optional parking with supplement and subject to request and availability.

- Seasonal outdoor swimming pool.

- Tourist tax not included in the accommodation price. Key collection is done at the Universal Holiday Centre offices located at Avenida del Batlle Pere Molas 3, Salou. It is mandatory to register online at least 24 hours prior to arrival. This includes the occupant details required according to Royal Decree 933/2021 and making all payments. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee key delivery. The agency will contact in advance to provide all necessary information in this regard.



EXTRA:

A few kilometres away is Miami Playa, a popular tourist destination known for its hidden coves, impressive cliffs and vibrant nightlife. The area offers a wide variety of water activities, such as diving and windsurfing, as well as hiking and cycling for nature lovers. L'Hospitalet de l'Infant also has a good selection of restaurants, where you can taste typical Mediterranean cuisine and fresh seafood. Additionally, in the city centre, you will find shops, markets and all the necessary services for comfortable and pleasant holidays.

If you want to enjoy a special experience, we recommend going to El BĂșho Piano Bar. Since 1995 programming live music (Rock, Blues & Country) and serving unique cocktails. In high season they have live music almost every night and there is a very good atmosphere.

Emplacement parfait

L’emplacement est parfait et la vue magnifique. Le voisinage est calme, et le restaurant Ă  cĂŽtĂ© propose parfois une animation agrĂ©able. Un parking gratuit se trouve en face : il est vite saturĂ© en journĂ©e, mais se libĂšre chaque soir. Miami Platja et Hospitalet sont accessibles en seulement 5 minutes. Enfin, les employĂ©s de UHC sont toujours aussi agrĂ©ables : c’est un vrai plaisir de passer par cette agence. La literie pour adultes est vraiment inconfortable, et c’est malheureusement rĂ©current dans les appartements UHC, ce qui est dommage. La clĂ© de la rĂ©sidence ne fonctionnait pas : j’ai dĂ» faire un aller-retour Ă  l’agence (42 km) pour la changer, mais le problĂšme a persistĂ©. Elle ouvre difficilement la porte de la rĂ©sidence et ne permet pas d’acceder au parking par l'interieur, ce qui oblige Ă  faire le tour Ă  chaque fois. Enfin, mĂȘme si ce n’est pas dramatique, devoir vider soi-mĂȘme les bouteilles de vidange de la climatisation est contraignant. Ma fille, qui s’en est chargĂ©e, n’a pas du tout apprĂ©ciĂ© cette corvĂ©e.

La salle de douche qui ne peut pas ĂȘtre utilisĂ©e dĂ©gage de mauvaises odeurs. Le lit de la chambre principale doit ĂȘtre changĂ© : matelas trĂšs inconfortable, trop dur, on sent les ressorts et posĂ© sur un sommier trop petit rendant le couchage instable et inutilisable. PrĂ©voir quelques capsules de cafĂ© pour le 1er jour adaptĂ©s Ă  la cafetiĂšre mise Ă  disposition dans la location (modĂšle diffĂ©rents dans chaque location).
