The residence UHC ARCO DEL SOL FAMILY COMPLEX has a privileged location on the beach front, in a pleasant and natural environment, with crystal-clear water and white sandy beaches awarded with the blue flag. The complex is only 1.5 km from the town of L' Hospitalet del L' Infant (with numerous shops, restaurants and a marina). It is a privileged tourist area, without mass tourism, being able to enjoy the absolute tranquillity of the beaches and the proximity of a mountainous area to enjoy outdoor activities. There is much to offer in the surrounding area and a wide range of possibilities to explore.



This charming apartment has 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 bathroom with bathtub. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary utensils and kitchenware. The dining room has a sofa bed for 2 people and access to a large terrace with sea views!

The building has a communal garden with sun loungers and 2 swimming pools (one for adults and one for children).



The quiet Arenal Beach, with its two kilometres of white sand, is only 30 metres from the complex. This cosy apartment has everything you need to satisfy all your needs during your holiday on the Costa Daurada.

This includes providing the details of all occupants as required by Royal Decree 933/2021 and completing all payments. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee key collection. The agency will contact you in advance to provide all the necessary information regarding this process.

Appartement très bien situé avec vue sur mer .L 'appartement est bien equipe et moderne. A la piscine il y avait 2 chaisses longues abimées donc il y en avait que 7 pour tout les appartements.

Appartement bien situé avec tout confort

Appartement bien équipé avec une grande terrasse située près de la mer. Un très bon service de universalholidaycentre.(problème airco) Installation d'une serrure de sécurité à l'interieure de la porte d'entrée serait préferable,vue l'interdiction de laisser la clef dans la serrure de la porte .
