The apartment is located on the second floor in a building with elevator. In front of the building is parking which is chargeable.Also, the owner provides free parking in the public garage which is 10 minutes of walking distance from the apartment. Size of apartment is 70 m2 and terrace has 12 m2 and it is fully furnished.
