We had an enjoyable holiday and the villa was generally okay, but unfortunately we felt it no longer reflects the standard shown in the listing photographs.Our overall impression was that, as things have broken, worn out or disappeared over the years, they haven’t always been replaced. There were numerous glasses and other items missing, the outside table was not the one shown in the photographs and was inadequate for the number of guests, and the substantial sunshade pictured had been replaced by a single umbrella. These are examples rather than an exhaustive list.The hot tub appeared to need a thorough clean and none of our group felt comfortable using it. We also noticed that a filter/grille appeared to be missing from the swimming pool, leaving an opening large enough for a foot to enter. In fairness, we didn’t report this during our stay, so the owner wasn’t given the opportunity to address it at the time.Overall, we enjoyed our holiday, but given the price we paid and the number of issues, we didn’t feel the villa represented good value for money. It needs some investment and attention to bring it back to the standard portrayed online, and updated photographs would give future guests a more accurate idea of what to expect.

perfect luxury holiday home for families and larger groups

very clean, spacious holiday home. We went with family and picked this home because of bedrooms/bathrooms and disabled facilities like the lift so parents could also access all floors. House is walking distance to strip, shops and restaurants

Property was stunning, very spacious for a large group. Pool area was great and plenty of room to all sit together as a large group. Nothing to fault about the villa at all and I will most definitely return and recommend to others

Antonio, as well as House Keeping were amazing. House was beautiful and spacious. Pool , amazing. Hot Tub, not so much. Ricardo, was prompt to each request.

Awesome staff at this great villa

As soon as we walked in it gave us the wow factor we wanted, the villa was perfect for us a party of 8. The rooms are big and so many bathrooms and great showers for all. Air con was perfect as well. The pool is very nice and table tennis in the evenings was such good fun for all. It is a 10-15 min walk to a big Aldi and bars and restaurants etc, old town was a 10 min taxi ride away which is lovely and much better place to eat. Villamoura marina is lovely also. Easy instructions given on where the keys are and wifi code, kitchen equipment very helpful. Also BBQ one night was good fun outside. Highly recommend this place and would go back for sure. All round great service and very much appreciated.

Mooie villa. Op goede locatie.

Compleet huis. Goed geoutilleerd, ook de keuken. Zeer ruim huis met voldoende privacy voor iedereen. We hebben een prima verblijf gehad met 13 personen. Minpuntjes: Zwembad is niet verwarmd, suggestie wordt gewekt van wel omdat het het hele jaar toegankelijk is. Jacuzzi ook niet verwarmd. Wordt wel als hot tub verkocht. Hier en daar is wat onderhoud nodig. Buitenlampen moet worden vastgezet. Hangen er wat bij. Hangmat was er niet en de parasol was totaal stuk, moet worden vervangen.

This is a seriously fabulous house

An extended family of 12 people, aged from 20 years+ stayed at this house for five nights over Easter. The house is seriously fabulous. It's spaciously laid out over three floors, with an internal lift for anybody with mobility issues. All the rooms are large, airy, spacious and immaculately clean. Half of the bedrooms have ensuite facilities. The kitchen is large and will facilitated with every mod/con needed to make your holiday comfortable.The swimming pool and jacuzzi is unheated and therefore only available for the brave or foolhardy when we visited the property in April. We took full advantage of the pool table and table tennis table in the property organising an internal family tournament. Tempted to organise a BBQ using the facilities in the house, but ended up eating out most evenings. The property is 10 minutes walk to the nearest supermarket and local cafes and 20 minutes walk to downtown Albufeira 'strip' with bars, restaurants and night life. Taxi's were easy to access and so getting around Albufeira was easy and straightforward. Seriously we cant think of one negative thought about this property. Possibly the lack of towels for a longer visit. Otherwise, the property was that good and totally met our needs, and surpassed our expectations. We would definitely come back and stay at this property again and again and again.
