Brilliant and as described

Lovely villa which was clean and had all the amenities we needed. Excellent location for the strip and easy to get into the old town. The host was also great and had very quick responses to anything we needed. Would recommend!

Fabulous holiday

Had a great holiday here. Location is perfect, everything within a reasonable walk. Pool area perfect. Villa clean and tidy although parts are a little tired. All the staff involved were faultless - from the staff in the UK to the people on hand in Portugal nothing was a problem. They will sort transport to attractions and are on hand to sort any problems you may have. Would highly recommend this villa and would love to stay here again

Villa Silva

The villa is very nice, close to the strip so no need for a taxi. We stayed there with a large group of friends. Contact with the manager Jim went perfect, good communication. We had a very pleasant stay. The pool was bigger then expected. The only small negative thing was that one airco did not work in a bedroom.

Summer vacation

This house has broken sofas cockroaches tge floor was filthy. I would highly NOT recommend it. One of the bedrooms the ac was not working. And a strange lady walked into the backyard asking us to leave anything we didn’t want which made us very uneasy. The curtains were old ripped and dingy this house was uncomfortable to say the least.

amazing!

Het was een heel fijn verblijf. De communicatie met Jim was ook uitstekend en hij is erg flexibel met de tijden. Het verblijf was netjes en bijna alles deed het (een airco deed het niet). Alle fataliteiten die werden beloofd, waren aanwezig. Ook de locatie was top, je zit dichtbij de strip en alles is bijna op loopafstand. Al met al was het een topverblijf en willen wij Jim bedanken voor de snelle en goede communicatie.

Wij waren met 9 vriendinnen en hebben een week verbleven in deze villa. We hebben een top week gehad! Het was nog beter dan we hadden verwacht. Het contact was goed en heel snel. Als we een probleem hadden konden we gelijk iemand bellen. We kwamen wel 1x een kakkerlak tegen, maar we hebben die snel weggehaald en toen hebben we er geen last meer van gehad. Het was een vakantie om nooit te vergeten! Zeker een aanrader!

Top ervaring

Mijn vriendinnen en ik hebben de villa 1 week gehuurd, wij waren in totaal met 9. Het contact met de eigenaren online en in Albufeira zelf was super fijn, super snelle reactie en als er een probleem was kwamen ze direct helpen/met een oplossing. Pas wel op met de deur dichttrekken als de sleutel binnen ligt, dan kom je niet meer binnen.. Wat wel echt een minpuntje was, was dat er kakkerlakken waren. We hadden een mannetje gebeld en die heeft ze toen weggehaald (nog een enkeling vonden we weer). Pas op met het huis goed afsluiten want er wordt veel ingebroken in de buurt. Super dicht bij de strip en ook prima te lopen naar het strand. Kortom een top verblijf en super leuke week gehad!

A casa necessita de melhoramentos pois nota se que é uma vivenda ja antiga. Faltam estores nos quartos, a cama da sala estava partida, foi necessário pedir cobertores e é uma casa para o maximo de 8 pessoas.

This was a nice villa but not as big as the photos made it look ,we were fortunate some of our group backed out, unfortunately we had several pairs of trainers and cigarettes stolen from the private garden where we had left them in a secluded place ,I would say it makes a lovely holiday home for 6 people we did have a power cut and the odd cockroach though
