Very nice, spacious, confortable modern, with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, just 1 min. the beach.

Situated near 4 stars “Amfora” hotel, just above hotel Croatia, close to the sea beaches, surrounded by greenery, olive, lemon and orange trees… apartment is distinctive, exclusive large (100 m2), with large terrace with a sea view.

Besides large terrace, it has living room with dining room, kitchen, 3 double bedrooms that can accomodate 6 people, 3 bathrooms. It is very well equipped (separate air-conditioning (A/C) in every bedroom, living room, kitchen, separate SAT-TV, free Wireless Internet Connection (Wi-Fi), washing machine, dish washer…).

The apartment is not only fully equiped and spacious, it is also modern and stylish, offers a nice experience of ambience atmosphere. Only 1 minute of walking (cca 50 m) the sea, bay with beaches and beach bars. Mean, you can go to the beach easy just in your swimsuit and enjoy lying on the beach and swimming or drinking cocktail in one of beach bars. Very close to Falko beach bar and Hula Hula bar.
The spots for rentig all kinds of boats is also in a bay just 80 m from the house. All that only 10 min. (cca 1250m) of nice walk to the center of town. If you wish something beautiful and special for yourself, your family, friends, this apartment is a great choice.

This is a beautiful location. The apartment is very spacious. We were expecting more of a water view on the balcony however much of the view is obstructed by trees. You can see the water from the right side of the patio. Our host was very friendly and responsive.

Perfect for our family

Our stay was ideal. The apartment location is about a 15 minute walk from the ferry, mostly along the pathway by the water and then uphill for a couple of blocks to the apartment. The apartment is very spacious and perfect for 5 adults. We loved the air conditioning in all rooms, plus the 3 bathrooms. There were numerous swimming spots close by, plus a grocery store around the corner. We only stayed 2 nights so we spent our time in town wandering the streets and cooling off in the water. If you’re a runner, follow the sidewalk past the ferry and then follow the road along the coast. It will turn into a path with some amazing views. Our host Jelka was very easy to work with, greeted us at the apartment and was very pleasant. I highly recommend.

Everything about this property was perfect. The location was a close walk to town, but peaceful and quiet. The view was breathtaking. Two flights of stairs down to the beach, close to cafes and restaurants, and a 3 minute walk to the grocery store. The property was perfect for our family of five. It was exceptionally clean and had all the features needed (a/c, laundry, modern kitchen, living space, 3 bathrooms!). Jelka was an extraordinary host - meeting us at the property upon check-in, showing us all of the property features, and even calling a restaurant to see what time the kitchen closed. She had a great restaurant recommendation for us as well, and was very responsive. Also, the price was a great value for all that we got with the property. Thank you Jelka! One recommendation: if it’s your first time staying, I recommend taking a taxi to the property. GPS directions can make the walk seem more complicated than it is, and can lead you to extra stairs, etc. with your luggage. It’s actually a simple walk, but the town can be very crowded when the ferries arrive, and a taxi can make the process much easier.

Great place in Hvar

This was a great apartment in Hvar; just a short stroll from the centre and the beach, the apartment had an excellent balcony, great indoor feel and was nice to relax in. Our host was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend to everyone and would happily come back to Yelka’s place in Hvar.
