Oceanfront 3 Bedroom Condo - Crescent Towers II - 507

It's time for a vacation!

Enjoy our three bedroom oceanfront vacation condo at Crescent Towers II. The condo is directly oceanfront. That means you step onto your balcony from either the living area or the master bedroom and all you see is the beautiful Atlantic Ocean!

The condo is decorated "beachy" so that when you arrive you know you are on vacation! The colors are blues, yellows and reds. There is a recliner, two round back chairs and a couch in the living area and a table that has a leaf you can add if you want to seat more than four people at the table. There are two bar stools at the kitchen bar.

The oceanfront balcony has three counter height "polyword" type chairs, two additional regular balcony chairs and a few small round side tables.

The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, full size side by side refrigerator, dishwasher (you are on vacation!), double sink with disposal, microwave, toaster, coffee maker(Keurig and Auto drip), and blender. There are pots and pans for light cooking and a crock pot for those who plan ahead!

The master bedroom has a king bed and full size bathroom with a double vanity, shower and ceiling fan. There is a flat screen smart Samsung HDTV also in the bedroom. The second bedroom has a king bed, Roku Smart TV, private entrance to the hall bathroom and ceiling fan. The third bedroom has two twin beds and a small smart TV.
All bedrooms had carpet replaced in May 2024.

The property offers free open WIFI and has an oceanfront outdoor swimming pool and a charcoal grill. There is an elevator on property. The beach is one of the wider beaches in the area and there is plenty to do in North Myrtle Beach!

The pool opens Easter week and closes Oct 31 each year.

This building is NON-SMOKING. You cannot smoke in the unit, in the hallways, on the unit balcony, in the parking lot, etc.

We had a great time on our visit to NMB. This property was clean and comfortable. It is accurately represented. The location is perfect - you are close to everything. The views are amazing and there is a ton of beach to spread out. The pool and grounds were very clean and nice. We will be back!

This was our 2nd stay in this condo. It was absolutely wonderful, again. The location is just steps away from the beach which is our main focus of being there. The condo has the perfect amount of space and everything we need. We will likely try and come back again next summer!

The condo could use some upgrades, but the location is fantastic. And the price is about right, there are more updated places, but you pay more of a premium for those.

Loved the place, clean, great location. Easy beach access. Use of an outside, property owned grill was nice. Would have been five star but sliding door to patio was really hard to close. Made nervous using handle . But all else was great

Crescent Towers II unit 507

The property could use some updates to make it a bit more appealing to the eye. The front door entry left alot to be desired, but we were surprised with the inside. The kitchen cookware should be updated with larger pans for cooking. Overall our visit was good and we had a great time. Thank you.

View is unbeatable! Unit is well appointed. Minor negatives. For example, cable capabilities of the TVs are all different. Did not like the stations available in the master bedroom. But king-sized bed was comfortable and the master bedroom view was fabulous!

Beautiful position on the beach

The balcony was to die for. One could watch the sunrise and the sunset without doing anything more than turning one's chair. The place itself was ok. Nothing big but lots of little things that we had to work around including cabinet doors falling off and melted carpet spots. They didn't really bother us, I mean it is a lived in space, but we were needlessly worried about our deposit and my husband the home project guy was itching to fix things. We just took all kinds of before pics and enjoyed ourselves. The location was great and the beach not too crowded for spring break. All in we had a great time.

Great location

The pictures are spot on and the location is great. The place has everything you need for a long stay with kids. The beach and pool are great. All of the hard surfaces were clean. All of the chairs and couches are in dire need of a steam clean. My daughter sat on the couch for 5 minutes with wet hair and her shirt was covered in dirt/filth from the wetness leaning on the couch. It made us gag. I know the furniture is dated which doesn't bother me at all as long as it's cleaned. My guess is it has never been steam cleaned. Great price for the area but I'd suggest putting blankets down on chairs and sofa. Bring shower towels, only had one per person when 7 of us stayed. Overall 3 out of 5.

Days at the Beach

Overall the property was very comfortable (beds, couch, both recliners and deck chairs). Had a bit of a problem with the electricity but owner is taking care of that and was prompt in responding when we called. Pool was nice, beach wasn't crowded at all. We had fireworks on Friday night from somewhere and enjoyed them. The only thing that would make our stay over the top would be to have printed instructions on how to get the TV and DVR to work. We eventually figured it out, but for those of us with different systems I'm afraid for our senior moments written detailed instructions would have been nice and saved 15 minutes of stress - we sucked it up and eventually got everything working. All in all we had a great time and enjoyed this unit. It was everything the owner said it was even down to providing beach chairs. Loved it.

Location was great! Beautiful view! Cleaning fee and service fee are steep. One of beach chairs was broke. Dust pan wasn't functional, chair had sand stuck in it and difficult to clean up, but easy fixes. Comfortable and clean. I would consider renting again.

Crescent towers II

Having rented properties previously through VRBO and also through Interval International, we were disappointed to find the property dated and cleanliness below our standards. The living room couch sagged, the recliner chairs were soiled, the carpet felt as if there was a residue on it underfoot. I purchased cleaning products and a mop to clean prior to the arrival of my toddler age grandchildren. On a positive note, the beds were comfortable. Dishes, bowls, and glassware were plentiful. There was only one tiny saucepan although plenty of skillets. Very little room to store groceries due to all the housewares. The children enjoyed the beach, pool, and attractions in the area such as the Aquarium, Pirate Ship, and putt putt golf

This condo was beautifully decorated and had lots of room. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need. We love to throw something in the crockpot and enjoy the beach all day and when we come in our dinner is done. We have rented for the past several years through the same family and have always been well taken care of. We are certainly looking forward to our next trip! Thanks for everything!

Snowbirds from the Cheesehead State.

This is a beautifully decorated condo with a gorgeous view of sunrises & sunsets. The condo is well maintained. There are good restaurants nearby. Our favorite is Molly Darcy's (8 blocks). The owners of this property are some of the nicest people you'll ever meet. The beach is beautiful and easily accessed. We have rented from these owners for 5 years and have never been disappointed.
