Golf Trip

Great location for our golf trip, courses local and easy to access from the town. Apartment was 1st class, very comfortable and fantastic location on the beach front, close to all local amenities. Host very good to deal with. Would recommend

Great property

We had a great stay here in the apartment. The location and view is superb and met all our expectations. Keys were left in a 'drop box' at Ultiimateestates office which functioned perfectly. Apartment had everything you could wish for and only 5 minutes walk from the centre.

Property was stunning in fantastic location.garden areas were beautifully kept.only downside were no cleaning or clean bedding / towels during 2 week stay, wanted extra charge to provide these.check out was poor as had to walk to office and hand keys in. had to stand in street with luggage waiting for transfer to pick us up

Lovely apartment

Apartment very clean and spacious. View to pool and sea lovely. Well kept gardens and pool never too busy. No inflatables in pool was great as it meant everyone could swim and play and taking beds down to pool area and removing overnight meant there was space every day to sit round pool. Little supermarket round the corner and bakery at the end of the road great for supplies, also a local greengrocers up the road with amazing fresh fruit and veg. Ten minute walk to La Cala centre which has activities for kids, craft market, shops and restaurants. Two beach bars just in front of apartment lovely for an early evening mojito!

Excellent location

Excellent front-line central location with beautiful gardens and pool. Lovely Spanish bakery/cafe for breakfast nearby and taxis available on the corner.

Great size apartment. Really lovely terrace with a fabulous view. Fantastic location, pool and beach on our doorstep. Really nice restaurants, park, coffee shop, playground less than 5 minutes away. The apartment had everything we needed for a great holiday and we will definitely be back! The bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean. We did, however, have to wash the dishes before using them and we moved a sofa to retrieve a toy and found that the floor underneath hadn’t been swept or washed from previous guests. In the grand scheme of things these were very minor issues. This is a great apartment!

Beautiful located lovely pool and gardens

The property was clean and in good order. We did have a few issues on arrival but they were quickly resolved by the Agent. The big issue I have and I do not think it is mentioned in property details that the air con is capped for two hours at night. This means you have to get up to switch it on again by the front door. The rent should cover full air con at night. The lounge is rather dark and dreary not helped by dark furniture and poor lighting. The kitchen is small and dark.

Excellent apartment in a great location

Five of us stayed here for a week in April. The location could not be better and the apartment has everything needed for a relaxing break. It's the perfect spot for a family being right on the beach with plenty of amenities close by.

mooi appartement direct aan zee

We waren hier maar 3 nachten. Kenden de plek en het dorp. Niet te touristisch, zeker niet in het voorjaar, Leuke en goede eettentjes. Appartement helemaal naar wens. Wel jammer dat zout, peper en vaatwastabletten niet aanwezig zijn. Dit alles voor 3 dagen weer kopen blijft beetje raar. Ik zou in plaats van fles wijn en chip dit aan de gasten aanbieden...de flexibilteit van het verhuurbedrijf kan ook wat beter wat mij betreft. Alles alleen maar tijdens kantoor uren past niet echt in deze branche. Maar dat doet niks af aan het appartement. Dit is wel duidelijk van Engelsen. Enkel een paar BBC kanalen op de TV.
