Positioned and designed with privacy in mind. 4 Gulf facing bedrooms, 2 on main level and 2 on upper level (all king beds) with adjoining bathrooms & separate vanities in each bedroom with wall mounted hair dryers. An additional half bath is located in the hallway. There is a sofa sleeper in living area. Upper floor has a trundle day bed/sitting area and a small balcony facing the Santa Rosa Sound. Sleeps 16. All quality mattress sets with different levels of comfort (firm & plush). Enjoy amazing Gulf views from the large outdoor deck and swimming pool. Kitchen is equipped with a range & microwave, plus a cook top, 2 sinks & large capacity refrigerator plus an additional beverage cooler. There is a cargo lift for extra convenience to avoid carrying luggage, groceries, etc. to and from the main living area. 1st living floor is high above the dune to afford breathtaking views of the gulf and the sound.
