Stunning Villa!

Stefano was a very responsive host. Quick to answer and met us at the Villa to show us around! Beautiful pool and view in the backyard. With more upkeep of the gardens and lawns, this property would show even better! All the amenities you need inside! Truly enjoyed our stay and only 10-15 minutes from Pescara! Thank you Stefano!

Family "Finding their Roots

This newer constructed Villa has all the conveniences of home high end finishes and furnishings which add an old world charm . The countryside location is peaceful with outstanding vistas of the hillsides. Just minutes by car to the Sea, restaurants and shops. The landlord Stefano was responsive to our needs and a great concierge. Highly Recommended
