Bohinj - Mountain chalet on Vogel, Summer & Winter

A wonderful chalet with 2 bedrooms on Vogel ski resort. Superb hiking country in Summer and Ski from the front door in Winter. An adventure in both seasons.

Leave your car at the base station down at Lake Bohinj and take the gondola up to the house.

There are two restaurants on Vogel to eat out at.

Two cosy double bedrooms, bathroom with shower, open plan living dining and kitchen. Sweet balcony and garden.

As standard we supply an electric bread maker and bread mixes and cooking essentials such as tea, coffee, pasta, butter, salt, pepper, oil etc.

You need to leave your car at the gondola base station in Bohinj as no cars can reach the Vogel resort, then catch the Gondola up to the resort which takes around 4 minutes. Gondola runs every 30 mins.

The Gondola operations time is changing but a rough guide is:

Summer season: from 8AM - 6.30PM
Winter season: from 8AM - 16PM

The house is approx. 350 metres walking distance from the upper gondola station. You need to walk to the house, but in winter you can order a snow mobile for the luggage (not included in price of house)

Pets - Pets are welcome, but you must complete the booking form stating whether any pets are included in the booking. We only accept a maximum of 2 dogs, it can be 1 large and 1 small, or 2 small. If you are unsure please contact us for clarification. Thank you.

There are 2 restaurants on the mountain. Please note that opening times are not guaranteed because they are flexible depending on demand (if there are not many people around, they close), as well as staff availability, weather conditions, and gondola operations. We recommend contacting them directly if you wish to visit, to ensure that they are open (details are available online):
Viharnik is typically open 10am - 6pm.
Orlove Glave is typically open 9am - 4pm.

The rental price does not include the charge for using the gondola.
