This cozy third floor oceanfront condo has just enough room to unpack and unwind for up to six guests. The two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit features a washer and dryer, all major kitchen appliances and a private balcony with amazing ocean views. The master bedroom features a queen-sized bed, a wall mounted television and its own private bathroom. The second room has a double bed. An additional sleeper sofa can be found in the living room. The living room features access to the oceanfront balcony and a cozy atmosphere to lounge around after a long day at the beach. San-A-Bel is a condo building that offers something for everyone. This building has a large outdoor jacuzzi on the sundeck and an all-season indoor pool. Located in the Crescent Beach section on historic Ocean Boulevard, San-A-Bel is within minutes from all the action on Main Street to the north, and renowned shopping and dining at Barefoot Landing to the south. The resort is also walking distance to an Irish pub that offers a unique oceanfront dining experience, as well as an ice cream shop to cure any beach goers sweet tooth. The San-A-Bel beach area also offers the more adventurous guest seasonal parasailing and banana boat rides, something exclusive to the Crescent Beach area.

Nice location but small room.

Great location! Parking deck on site accommodated our lifted truck(6”). Room was small and bedroom tvs are only about 20 inches so be prepared. New Wave Parasailing was set up behind condo. Outdoor pool is a hot tub. For the price it wasn’t bad but if you want more space and bigger TVs and better pools I recommend the Ashworth.

Very Deceiving pictures

Not a pleasant experience. By Day 4, I had made my 4th call to maintenance. Yes, repairs were prompt, but I didnt want to deal with calls on my vacation. As for cleanliness, I would give it a score of 2/5. Dust and sand on floor and under beds. I will say the bathrooms were clean. Pics are deceiving. The condo is extremely small. Mirrors made the rooms appear larger. One bathroom had only a tub, but the door in the pic hid that a shower head was missing. Both bedrooms are so small that there was no place to store a medium-sized suitcase. Washer/dryer combo is extremely old and small, although after repairs, it worked. Clogged drain was fixed, and the TV repaced while there. If you care nothing about housing because your number #1 goal is to stay on the beach 24/7, then this may be a good fit for you.Otherwise, I would not recommend.
