Beautiful canal-front, non-smoking, and pet-free home located in the Pirate's Cove Resort. Rudder Village 6 has 4 Bedrooms and 3 Bathrooms, accommodating 10 people. The home rents Sunday to Sunday and comes with access to the fitness center, seasonal community pool, 35' dock space in Rudder Canal # 7 (right behind property), and covered parking for vehicle or boat/jet-ski trailer. Master bedroom, located on top-floor has a King bed, jetted tub, and private balcony. The 2nd bedroom is located on living-level and has a Queen and private access to hall bathroom. 3rd and 4th bedrooms are located on top-floor, one having 2 Twin beds and the other holding 2 bunk sets. RV6 has 4 TV's (one big screen with surround sound), 3 DVD players, high-speed WiFi, custom kitchen, gas grill, and outdoor shower, all while giving its renters stunning views of the canal. Parking for 3 vehicles maximum (including covered space). Additional photos can be taken upon request. All beds have new Serta Perfect mattresses. Rudder Village homes are located in the heart of Pirate's Cove Resort, within walking distance to the pool, clubhouse, tennis courts, and our state of the art Fitness Center.
