Executive home approximately 3 miles from downtown Greenville, 1/2 mile to Greenville Hospital and minutes to local attractions. Short commute to Furman and Clemson. Elegant four bedroom, three bath home..( Garage is inaccessible) Internet, cable with premium channels and telephone available for your use. Large family room with high vaulted ceiling, and large flat screen. The large sofa is a pull out queen sleeper. Formal dining room and private screen porch overlooking large fenced in yard. You can view tons of birds, squirrels and an occasional chipmunk from the certified wildlife habitat in the back yard from the dining room windows. Make this your place to relax in Greenville!

With a beautiful open floor plan, the house is spacious and family-friendly, making it a perfect space for relaxation as well as entertaining. Whether you are looking for a relaxing get-away, outings with friends, outdoor activities in the nearby lakes and hiking trails, or a chance to visit the town of Greenville , this convenient location offers easy access to a multitude of different activities.

The house is light-filled and comfortable, with central heating and cooling and a gas fireplace, high ceilings, free wifi, and cable tv with several premium channel options. The open floor plan is comprised of 4 bedrooms, 3 upstairs and 1 downstairs with adjoining bath. 3 bathrooms, a living room with a queen size sleeper sofa and large screen TV, a dining room with large picture windows overlooking the back garden area, a well-equipped kitchen, and a screened in outdoor area with view of the large enclosed back yard. We own 5 lovely hens and offer fresh eggs to enjoy if interested. Ask for details.

Everyone can have their own space while still feeling present and connected wherever you are in the house.
The master bedroom features a high cathedral ceiling with skylights a very comfortable king size bed, flat-screen TV, and master bath with large walk in shower. Our other 3 bedrooms all have queen size beds. Plus a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. This house comfortably sleeps up to 10 people.
The laundry room is fully equipped with a full size washer and dryer. All appliances have been upgraded, and the house is newly furnished. We only rent to 25 and older and do not discount the rates. No pets, smoking or house parties. Outdoor only surveillance cameras in use. Ring doorbell camera for front driveway surveillance, one in front yard bird box for font yard surveillance, backyard camera in bird box for backyard surveillance and one inside chicken house for chicken surveillance. None inside at all.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please place all used towels and washcloths in tub or showers. Place all bad linens at foot of bed to ensure that you haven’t left anything behind.
Please place all garbage into Gray bins by garage. If in the house on Mondays place garbage bins by road before 8 o’clock for garbage pick up.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No pets, no smoking or vaping inside house, no large groups more than 10 people in home. Absolutely no parties or events to be held on premises.
Stained linens and carpet cleaning due to stains will be charged for.
Must follow rental agreement rules.

Friends Annual Get-Together

This house was perfect for our group of four senior friends from college days. The accommodations were nicely furnished and decorated, kitchen well equipped and plenty of space for us to each have our own bedroom. It was easy to get to downtown Greenville and enjoy the things to do and see. Mostly we spent time in the house just catching up and enjoying two excellent restaurants in the city. No one could think of anything to critique.

Convenient and Great Host

My family stayed in Greenville for a wedding . The Host clearly went out of his way to make the stay great. The dining room has two large tables that worked well for us with a large picture windows to a garden filled with birds and chipmunks. Water pressure in the master bath is low but certainly usable. Location was great being no more than 10 minutes to anything we wanted to do in Greenville and near major roads, The house itself is on a quiet backstreet.

We stay at the house when it is not being used by guests, as we love living in the area and being able to go to the bars, restaurants and shops in Downtown. Walking around Falls Park on an autumn day followed by a glass of wine at Sip is one of our favorite things to do - it doesn't get much better than that!

We hope that guests will enjoy our home and the city we live in as much as we do.
