Two bedrooms. One with a double bed and one with a single bed and two bunk beds. In the living room there is a sofa bed for a sixth person. In addition to bathroom and kitchen with open bar to the living room. Kitchen equipped with oven, microwave, washing machine, cooking rings, and everything you need for cooking (dishes, coverts, pans, pots ...).

Porch with large wooded garden. Parking for three vehicles.

The plot is 450 m. It is 500 meters from the beach, 5 minutes walk.

Sehr entspannter Aufenthalt in El Palmar

Das Haus von Santigiago besticht mit einem wunderbarem Garten und einer gemütlichen Einrichtung. Der Vermieter war sehr bemüht all unsere Wünsche zu erfüllen. Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt sind vielleicht die etwas spärlichen Küchenuntensilien.

Gelungener Urlaub in El Palmar

Das Haus befindet sich in einer sehr schönen Lage und der Strand ist zu Fuss zu erreichen. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Der Vermieter ist zu jeder Zeit zu erreichen und sehr hilfsbereit.

Un poco caro pero está bien

En general todo correcto, el jardín está bien, el tamaño de las estancias correcto, etc. El único pero es que opino que lo anuncian para 6 adultos y creo que es para 4, no es un espacio para 6 creo que esto afectaría al precio del anuncio claramente. Respecto al precio, como comentaba antes si lo vas a dividir entre 6 parece asequible pero comparado con las casas cercanas para 4 está algo cara en nuestra opinión, teníamos amigos alojados en casas similares con piscina por bastante menos a escasos 10 minutos. Nos costó un poco realizar la entrada porque a las 17 todavía estaban limpiando. Durante la semana vinieron en dos ocasiones a cortar el césped y arreglar el jardín, una de ellas sin avisar (lo que no nos gustó). Sólo nos dieron un juego de llaves porque decían que no tenían más copias y dificulta un poco si alguno se quiere ir antes a casa o hacer un poco vida independiente del resto. En los pros tenían una tabla de surf, nosotros no la usamos pero nos pareció buen detalle. La playa está a 5 minutos andando y si no quieres coger el coche está fenomenal. Admite mascotas, que en anuncio lo pone pero en la reserva advierten que no están permitidas (o por lo menos eso nos ponía a nosotros) pero no tuvimos ningún problema. Los dueños son simpáticos y nos dejaron una botella de vino en la nevera que también se agradece.

Alojamiento muy recomendable

El alojamiento esta mejor de lo que aparece en las fotos: otros muebles, lavavajillas.... Tras unos problemas técnicos iniciales, solucionados gracias al buen hacer de Manuel, hemos estado bastante agusto. El jardín es muy agradable, y la casa se encuentra a buena distancia para ir con los niños andando a la playa. Mejoraría quizás la limpieza, porque al estar en el campo, había muchas arañas por el techo y las lámparas estaban llenas de telarañas.
