Lovely, clean 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo in one of the best locations in area and what a view from the lanai. To die for...
At least one person must be over 55 to rent this unit. Though unit holds 4 people, we are interested in renting to ONE or TWO people only. If a short-term guest is allowed by the owner, a guest fee of $10 per person, per night will apply. Sorry, no pets. This is a 2nd floor unit. There are no tenants above you!
Just a few miles to lovely, historic Punta Gorda waterfront area (FISHERMAN's VILLAGE!) and the amazing new SUNSEEKER RESORT with excellent waterfront viewing/strolling and dining. It's also near about 20 restaurants in Port Charlotte. You can walk to supermarket and excellent donut shop, yet complex is quiet and beautiful. It's also GATED. Grounds have large oak, orange and lemon trees, along with acres of walking paths, as well as lovely flowering and other bushes. Also the grounds are on a canal. Condo has view of lovely garden and distant view of pool area.
This complex inspires repeat renters.
Condo has newer TV (can be voice activated), VERY quiet Maytag stainless-steel interior dishwasher, cute patio bistro set, Cuisinart convection oven/toaster, pod coffee maker, newer right-height toilets, newer Master Bath and guest bath vanity/granite top/faucet. Both master and guest room bedroom sets are in pristine condition. Also, condo is FULLY furnished with nice pans/pots/dishes and all sized glasses, including wine glasses. Newer silverware sets. This place has everything you need to spend a relaxing, carefree month or more in FL. Washer/dryer is full-sized. Private parking space. Community activities available. All utilities, TV and internet included. You won't find a better stocked rental anywhere. We strive to provide EVERYTHING you will need!

Why they chose this property
I looked for 2 months for a property we could afford that had a view of something other than a parking lot. When this property showed up as a listing, I just knew it was the one for us. I had friends look it over and they said "If you don't buy it, we will." I have since learned that this is one of the best kept secrets in Port Charlotte. I bought it sight unseen and am so glad I took the chance. The complex is in 23 acres of land filled with beautiful plantings and THREE swimming pools. It's great for walking or biking. It's so convenient to so many places, restaurants, sights, etc. We are about 5 or 6 minutes from over 20 restaurants. We are 45 minutes to Boca Grande, a lovely town and beach, 50-55 minutes from Siesta Key with one of the best beaches in Florida . The sand there is like talcum powder; 10 minutes to lovely Punta Gorda with its waterfront activities, great restaurants, historic town and beautiful sunsets... We couldn't have picked a better place for us. We think you will see this for yourself, too.
What makes this property unique
This is a lovely air-conditioned condo, in a gated community, with an excellent location, 3 pools, a lanai with a beautiful view of a garden that can be seen from the living room and dining area, too. You won't find a better buy.
