Port Charlotte and Ponta Gorda have plenty to do and the neighborhood was very peaceful. I would stay here again for sure. It was great eating fresh local fish fillets at the Brothers Seafood restaurant nearby. Thanks to all who helped provide this great experience.

Awesome rental

Place is very clean, plenty of room, and decorated beautifully. The pool area is very nice. Plenty of towels for 5 of us. Located near many shopping areas, restaurants, and activities.

Great place

Cozy home in a good location. It’s not big but beds were comfortable and the house was clean and quiet. If you’re looking for a place to relax and be close to all things in Port Charlotte, this home would work well.

Amazing property

This house was so perfect for our family! Our 3 year old had a blast in the pool! The house was so clean I wasn’t even sure if it had been used before! Its location was close to restaurants, grocery stores, and a short drive to beautiful beaches. We’d highly recommend for any family.

Great Home! I arrived without my luggage, so I was very pleased they had the toiletries I needed. Home was clean and well cared for.My son left clothes in the dryer and they helped me make arrangements for a family member to pick them up.

Cute retreat

Everything was perfect at this house! I was able to get early check-in which was so helpful because I had an event to get ready for. The house is so cute and clean. We spent a whole day lying out by the pool and swimming. Oh and the bed was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in.

Spring break

Property super clean and cute as a button, so much room for our family. Was all set with coolers, and chairs for the beach, Close to grocery, drug store. Nothing this property owner didn’t think of, loved all the little personal touch’s

Loved the property

We were very happy with the entire property. It was beautifully decorated and extremely clean. There was plenty of different places inside to hang out. The pool was an absolute delight. Clean, no chlorine smell and cool light at nighttime. There were a lot of little details that made it comfortable. Plenty of hangers and drawer space, towels were well made and the bed sheets were high quality. It was located in an area that was close to a lot of places to go and yet in a peaceful neighborhood. There is nothing that we would have changed. We will stay again next year!!

Great home

The house was great. Had a few issues with the pool heater, but they were addressed right away. The set up was nice. Worked perfectly for us. The neighborhood wasn't super great, but it was a quick drive to a great walking area by the water.

Great house!

House was immaculate, organized, and had everything you need! Even had extra toothbrushes and beach chairs! The beds were super comfortable. We loved our stay here. I would mention that I messaged the property management company twice about the possibility of an early check in and they never responded. So if there was an issue, I am not sure how quickly they would have fixed it. But other than that, everything was perfect.
