Cute, functional, and good location

Overall, enjoyed the property. Kitchen had all the necessary basics. Great patios. Comfy bed. Easy walk to "town". Were sent incorrect checkin instructions, but agency quickly replied to messages. Would stay again.

Wohnung in Strandnähe. Balkon und große Terrasse boten einen tollen Blick über den Gardasee. Es war sauber, wirkte aber etwas lieblos gepflegt. Wohnung für 4 Personen recht klein, z.B. sehr wenig Bewegungsfreiheit im Kinderzimmer. Küche ausreichend ausgestattet. Uns hat nur der Backofen gefehlt. Insgesamt haben wir uns aber soweit wohl gefühlt.

Perfekte Unterkunft für unseren Urlaub mit Hund

Lage: Strand (Steine, Kies) direkt vor dem Haus, nur über die Straße (Hunde kein Problem) Terrassen: sehr groß, phantastische Aussicht auf den See, sehr gut mit Mobiliar ausgestattet Klimaanlage: war bei den hohen Temperaturen besonders nachts sehr angenehm Gastronomie: mehrere gute Restaurants in Pai zu Fuß erreichbar Ausstattung: einfache zweckmäßige Einrichtung, aber für uns vollkommen ausreichend Kommunikation: auch auf Deutsch möglich (danke dafür), sehr gute Beschreibung vor der Anreise Küchenausstattung: Kaffeemaschine: Kaffee fließt nur sehr langsam durch, (Wasserpumpe defekt oder verkalkt), sehr billige Maschine, sollte besser erneuert werden, Geschirr: Mehr Weingläser (nur 3 Stück vorhanden) und mehr Messer zum Besteck wären wünschenswert. Küchenspüle: Dichtung vom Ablauf ist defekt, Wasser bleibt nicht in der Spüle (aber eine Spülschüssel ist vorhanden)

- Sehr guter Service des Domus-Teams - Appartement in ausgezeichneter Lage, super Aussicht - große Terrasse mit Überdachung - gute Ausstattung incl. Liegen - Beschreibung auf der Homepage stimmt - - Ein Staubsauger wäre sehr hilfreich. Die Besen sind nicht gut. - Hundehaare von Vormietern ließen sich nicht wegfegen

Das Objekt ist stark in die Jahre gekommen

Die Bilder vermitteln einen eher blumigen Eindruck. In der Realität sieht die Welt anders aus. Das Haus, aber auch die Wohnung sind sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Die Steckdosen uralt, die Wohnungstür vermittelt keinen sicheren Eindruck. Überhaupt hat man es im Laufe der Jahre versäumt die Wohnung zu pflegen. Die Sauberkeit überzeugte auch nicht. Unsere zweite Buchung für diese Wohnung haben wir gleich storniert. Einzig der freie Blick auf den See war sehr schön, aber das reicht nicht. Schade

Toller Ausblick und tolle Wohnung

Wir waren zu 4. im Objekt und haben die ersten Tage einige Ausflüge rund um den Gardasee gemacht. Dies ging von Pai und der Wohnung aus super. Die letzten beiden Tage haben wir aufgrund des Wetters in der Wohnung bzw. auf den Terrassen verbracht! Auch das war super und wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. - EInfache und unkomplizierte Buchung / Anreise / Abreise - Jedem zu empfehlen!

Schöner Urlaub am Gardasee

Tolle Lage, 2 große Terrassen/Balkone, Bettwäsche und Handtücher sehr sauber, schön das man einen Hund kostenlos mitbringen kann, Man kann das ganze Gepäck von oben in die Wohnung bringen und muss nicht alles die 3 Stockwerke hochtragen. 2 Auflagen für die Liegen wäre schön und ein kleines Radio. Die Sauberkeit des Bodens, vorallem der Ecken ließ zu wünschen übrig, habe erstmal 5 Spinnenweben entfernt, Etwas enttäuscht war ich anfangs, dass die Wohnung sehr klein ist. Die Angabe 100qm enthält sicher die Balkone. Man sollte etwas Geld in die Hand nehmen und mal die Türen erneuern. Auch muss es nicht sein, dass die Lampe über dem Tisch schief hängt und die Gardine teilweise aus der Leiste hing. Die Wohnung ist für 2 Erwachsene und evtl. 1 bis 2 Kinder perfekt. Alles in allem, würden wir jedoch jederzeit wieder diese Wohnung buchen

Terrasse, Nähe zu Wasser, Parkplatz, Küche zweckmäßig eingerichtet, unkomplizierte Abwicklung ... für 2 - max. 3Personen perfekt, Kanne zur Kaffeemaschine fehlte, wlan ging am letzten Tag nicht, Sauberkeit Bad.... keine Auflagen für die Liegen ....

Erholsamer Urlaub

Sehr unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe trotz Stauverspätung. Mit der großen Terrasse super geeignet mit Hund. Kurzer Weg zum Strand. Direkt an der Uferstraße, daher trotz 2. OG Geräuch ibs. der Motorräder.

So wie Online gebucht!

Mit der Unterkunft und der perfekten Lage waren wir sehr zufrieden. Eine gemühtliche Sitzecke für vier Personen haben wir vermisst. Die großen Terrassen waren für dieses super Wetter perfekt, auch die unmittelbare Nähe der Badestelle am Gardasee haben wir sehr geschätzt. Gern empfehlen wir diese Uunterkunft weiter.

Genialer Blick

Sehr schöne Fewo. Genialer Blick auf den See. Ein paar Restaurants sind fussläufig erreichbar. Weiter Restaurants nur per PKW. Supermarkt ist leider nicht in direkter Nähe. Kleine Steinstrand - an dem sehr, sehr wenig los ist- direkt vor der Tür.

Et rigtig dejligt sted med mulighed for afslapning. Eneste ulempe var, at der var langt til dagligvarebutikker. Dejligt at det var incl. sengetøj og håndklæder. Eneste ulempe var kaffemaskinen, som var noget svær at komme overens med😳

Sehr schöne Wohnung

Die Begrüßung war sehr herzlich. Schöne und gepflegte Wohnung mit guter Ausstattung. Die Terrasse und der Balkon bieten reichlich Platz um sich draußen aufzuhalten. Es wäre schön gewesen wenn für die Liegen noch Auflagen da gewesen wären. War so etwas unbequem. Die Klimaanlage war sehr gut . Kommen gerne wieder.

Wunderschönes Apartment - aber nah an der Hauptstraße!

Tolle Ferienwohnung mit zwei schönen Terrassen zum Entspannen und mit Blick auf den See, gute Einrichtung. Perfekt, wenn man die Nähe zum See sucht oder (wie wir) tagsüber zum Wandern unterwegs ist. Frühstück und Abendessen auf den Terrassen geht ohne Probleme, da weniger Verkehr, für einen ganzen Tag muss man den Verkehrslärm aber schon ausblenden können ...
