It is located in the Eixample district, close to Sagrada Familia neighborhood. THE SPACE:Fantastic, modern and quiet 4 bedroom apartment in the best area of Barcelona (Eixample). This 90 m2 apartment is on the 5th floor of a beautiful modernist building with elevator. This apartment is a lovely space for couples, families, and business travelers.BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS:The apartment has a capacity for up to 8 people distributed in 4 bedrooms:

Bedroom 1: 1 Double bed

Bedroom 2: 1 Double bed

Bedroom 3: 2 Single beds (convertible into double bed) with AC

Bedroom 4: 1 Double bed

*Please let us know before your arrival if you need a special bed distribution, as sometimes the beds are already converted into double bed*

All rooms are equipped with central heating for winter. All the bedrooms have storage space.
