Great location! In addition to being in the center, it worked great as a base for my week in the area. Marjan quickly answered any questions that I had and alerted me to a special event that was happening during my visit. I had a car and it was quite helpful that she had a spot in a nearby parking garage, which I also rented. There is parking right in front of the unit but it’s an hourly rate via an app. It was super easy to walk to all the places I wanted to go in the city and easy to get out of town when exploring further afield. Excellent train access as well. I would definitely stay there again. Both host and property receive top marks!

The location was a big plus. Great restaurants close by grocery store down the street and walking distance to Center. Hosts were very eager to make sure our stay was great.

Excellent Location and Helpful Hosts

Excellent location overlooking the canal with top notch restaurants close by. Spacious apartment with lots of ambiance. Marjan and Dino were extremely thoughtful and helpful hosts.

Lovely place in The Hague!

This is a lovely spot to stay - so historic, well laid out and so close to everything we needed. Dino and Marjan were able to let us check in early which was so kind. The train station was close, grocery store was close, the restaurants across the canal were lovely and being on the canal was super cool.

Enjoyable Experience!

Loved everything about the trip! You couldn't find a better location. Wonderful restaurants, shops,etc. The scenery was absolute beautiful, old world charm feel. And, the hosts were terrific!

Located in a charming, culturally diverse area. Plenty of food/drink availability nearby. Close to train & tram. Property could use some TLC, especially lighting and mirror in bathroom.

A short break in Den Haag

We had stayed in the area a few times before, but this stay easily beat them all - a comfortable place, centrally located and with all the facilities we needed. Marjan was easy to contact and very helpful. In all, a great place to stay

Great hosts and location

Dino (Marjean’s husband) handled our early checkin. We stayed three nights. The location was perfect - we walked most places, and took the tram a few times. The Kitchen had everything we needed. The shower was the best VRBO shower we’ve ever had.

Fantastic location

Right on a canal in a great part of Den Haag. My husband and I stayed here with our two children. We loved the location with its close proximity to many restaurants, stores and China town. The bathroom was lovely and the beds were comfortable. I really loved the little courtyard for a cozy place to sit outside and chat at night. We would definitely stay here again.

Unique canal side apartment in lovely location.

Apartment with original features in lovely spot. Overlooks canal with a few bars/cafes opposite (not noisy). A real gem in what is quite a cosmopolitan area.

Great Location

We very much enjoyed our stay at Dino and Marjan’s canal house and appreciated their hospitality. The location was great! Lots of good restaurants and small bodega like shops nearby. It was also within walking distance of some main attractions (Mauritshuis, Escher museum) and a train station. The place was neat and tidy and the bed was very comfortable. We hope to stay again in the future.

delightful and convenient

Our hosts, Dino and Marjan were very helpful both before and during our visit. The apartment is charming,spacious and well provided. There are several good restaurants both on the street and just across the canal. The tram stops are an easy walk. We would highly recommend this place.

Great flat and hosts

Very nice flat in an historie house close to the centre of The Hague. Very comfortable bed and well equiped appatment wit many nice restaurants and bars on the other side of the canal. Marjan and Dino are very good hosts and helped us to finde our way in the city. Strong recommendation!
