The third bedroom features a full-size single bed, closet space and a washbasin with drawers and a heated mirror. A separate bathroom with shower and vanity, an additional toilet, and a dedicated laundry room with washing machine and dryer add everyday convenience.

Guests can enjoy the building’s complimentary gym access. Solar power primarily supply the building’s electricity and heating, supporting its sustainable approach. Paid street parking is available, while paid private parking can be arranged upon request, subject to availability.
