We loved this beautiful, quiet retreat @ Kapalua! The villa itself is spacious with 2 king size master bedrooms with ensuite baths and big walk in closets. Wonderful living room space with dining and kitchen attached. TWe did most of our dining on the lanai with views just like the picture. There are great walking trails and restaurants nearby. There are also great beaches withing walking distance. We packed our things in the provided beach chairs and walked to 3 different beaches. We highly recommend this beautiful Kapalua VIlla!

Kapalua Villa

We have stayed at the Villas several times, but this was the first for this particular villa. This villa was perfect. The beds were even very comfortable. I would definitely stay in this villa again.

Wow! The views from this condo are amazing! Every room has views of the ocean. - even the shower! Superbly located away from the hustle and bustle of the big resorts but within easy reach of everything. We had a wonderful vacation in Maui and loved staying here.

Celebrated Grandsons 16th Birthday with a surprise trip to Maui. Condo was spacious. It is on the second floor of complex so there are about 20 steps from parking carport to condo unit. Beautiful views from both levels.

We checked in very easily, instructions were sent the day before arrival. The listing says accommodates 6 people, while technically this is true there are only 2 beds. There is a queen size blow up mattress, this was not in description and our party of 5 was quite disappointed. Great location, well stocked and amazing view! Ideal for 4 not meant for 5 or 6.

We’re pleased that our guests enjoyed our well appointed property, however, disappointed that they did not read the property description. It is very clearly stated that the unit is a 2 bedroom, 3 full bath unit with an available queen air mattress. We have accommodated many families who have found the accommodations very comfortable. Had our guest responded to our numerous communication attempts prior to his stay his disappointment could have been avoided.

This condo exceeded our expectations in every way. Beautiful condo with great views from every window, even the shower! The views with the spacious rooms, comfortable furniture, and fully equipped kitchen will make you wish you lived here. The owner provides beach chairs, towels, cooler and boogie boards and makes the 10 min walk to the beach a breeze. The trip back is up hill so we actually drove down and parked if there was a spot open. You are close to shops, grocery and restaurants. Can’t go wrong with this rental. Easy check in/out. Highly recommend!

Location is even better than pictured

This property in the Kapalua Ridge Villas exceeded our expectations. Lots of windows and plenty of outdoor space to enjoy the amazing views in every direction of the golf course, ocean, and sunsets. Even the shower is incredible and provides ocean views. The neighborhood is quiet and well maintained. The pool is just steps away, and there are walking paths to the ocean and market/restaurants in Kapalua. We spent a week in Maui and really never wanted to leave the area considering the golf, snorkeling, beaches, restaurants, and ziplining are all excellent and within just 5-10 minutes of the condo. Overall this area of this island is less crowded and laidback, and even more relaxing as you enjoy the sunset with a cocktail from this deck. In addition to the great location and views, the property had plenty of space for our family of 4 to spreadout. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, the bathroom space is bright and spacious, and the beach chairs, boogie boards, and cooler came in handy. I would definitely recommend this place to friends.

Family Fun

The location of the property was excellent - very close to 2 pools and short walk or drive to beaches. It was so convenient to the Montage Resort where we attended a wedding. The free shuttle was always available within 15 minutes! I would definitely rent the same property on my next visit tho Maui.

Spectacular Home, Location, and Owner

What you see in the pictures is exactly the way this home really is. The views are spectacular, and it is close to beaches, pools, hikes, and golf. The beds were extremely comfortable; the bathrooms are plush; the kitchen is well-appointed; the washer and dryer work beautifully. The house is situated to get glorious breezes throughout the day. We used the room air-conditioners in the bedrooms only at night. The area is peaceful and quiet. We loved having access to beach chairs, towels, and boogie boards! The owner is very responsive and extremely helpful. We cannot recommend this Kapalua Villa high enough!

Fantastic Kapalua Getaway

We greatly enjoyed our stay in Dale's wonderful Kapalua condo. Located with fairway and ocean views - this is a perfect getaway location for quiet relaxation. Dale is a perfect host, and also went out of his way to ensure our stay went as expected.

Our group involved two couples who have been friends since elementary school and this was our first VRBO experience. Hence don't know all the intricacies veteran VRBO vacationers might know. My wife and I are celebrating 30 years while our friends are celebrating 25. The host, Dale, responded to our reservation request promptly and included warm wishes for our Anniversaries we were looking to celebrate in Maui. As arrival date approached, Dale provided complete details of all pertinent information needed to check in/check out along with wireless codes and where to find things. He even offered his personal contact information and said "don't hesitate to call if you need anything. This made us feel very comfortable with our choice. The property is exactly as advertised which we greatly appreciate. Property is in a beautiful, quiet, and very safe location close to everything we wanted to explore. The entire complex property is located is vastly beautiful and ample parking right at property. We absolutely loved the Lanai overlooking golf course and view of ocean. We could see whales breaching from this vantage. Location is outstanding which allowed us to walk to amazing beaches, hiking, restaurants - location is bit more secluded which we relished since it wasn't as busy or touristy. Loved the fact there were beach chairs, cooler, boogie boards at our disposal. We made sure to wash off everything we used as there is hose readily available on lanai and place back in storage area. We all very much enjoyed our stay and 1) would definitely recommend to anyone else considering a stay in Maui and 2) would absolutely stay here again. Thank you Dale for hosting us and making our vacation outstanding!!

Great space and great location

Very comfortable for our family of four with large bedrooms and bathrooms, great living space, and large lanais on the first and second floor overlooking the 3rd hole of the Bay Course, the Ocean, and providing views of Lanai and Molokai. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance or a short drive including a store on site to stock up the kitchen with items. Five to ten minute walk to beaches to swim at and the bay to snorkel at. The access to beach chairs and boogie boards in the shed was key too.
