This spacious apartment is within walking distance of the Square and the main beach of Carvoeiro - just 5 minutes walk. It has private parking and a pool (condomium only shared with 14 other properties).



It is beautifully deorated and furnished and has fitted wardrobes in all bedrooms with terrace off two of them. There is also a terrace outside the lounge where there is the outside dining table and chairs. The kitchen is fully fitted and there is a separate utility area.

This lovely apartment is situated within walking distance to Carvoeiro centre with its fantastic range of restaurants, bars, picturesque beach and newly installed broadwalk across the cliffs to Algar Seco.

Also within approx 10 mins drive are 3 top 18 hole championship golf courses, a water park, and the town of Lagoa with its daily market and shops. A little further away (approx 20 mins drive) is Zoomarine, where one can swim with dolphins

Quite house in a good location.

Perfect holiday stay

Spacious and well maintained property, convenient for the pretty town of Carvoeira with private parking, shared pool and above best coffee shop/bakery on the Algarve! Includes useful extras like 2 beach umbrellas and plentiful supply of beach towels. Our second stay and won’t be our last 😊

Great value for money

Our children loved the pool at this apartment, and it’s just a short walk into town. On the down side we had to get a few minor things fixed during our stay (lights & shower) but the management company quickly sorted them out.

The house is situated in a quiet area a 5 minute walk from the centre of the town. It has a nice size pool in a secluded spot which is a real sun trap. The house it’s self is well equipped and is a very comfortable space. There is a lovely bakery/ cafe next door which is a real treat. I have used this house twice now and would happily do it again.

Annual Algarve Pilgrimage

What a great position to enjoy the town, beach, coastline and the Algarve area. Easy access to Faro Airport. Great range of restaurants with traditional Portuguese hosptitality. Supermarkets well stocked and open long hours for extra convenience. The property was really well resourced, kitchen and dining equipment, linen and towels, outdoor eating area and gorgeous pool. Suited everyones needs.

A great holiday but a few issues

A property in need of some updating, but clean, comfortable and a fabulous location. The cleaners did an excellent job and Elite were very responsive to any issues that arose. Would recommend to families with older children. Deal with difficult residents who make holiday makers lives a misery (one residing owner) and uncomfortable. Ban topless sunbathing, nudity around young children is not acceptable. Allow lilos and balls (in moderation) - at a family property these should be allowed. Clean the pool toilets.

me and my kids enjoyed the place and the facilities, the pool was nice and we were close to everything on foot. The city is beautiful, albeit too touristy for me. On the other hand in the complex I would take another place a little further away , it was very disturbing the garage door and we could hear the neighbors. But we still enjoyed it.
