Beach front villa with private pool & panoramic ocean views

DESCRIPTION
A quarter of an acre on the beach with 130 feet of shoreline and a private pool in the middle of it. Turquoise water fifty feet from the door, snorkelling straight off the sand, and sunsets from your own deck.
One of the Caribbean's great wall dives sits 800 metres offshore, and eagle rays feed in the shallows at high tide. Three bedrooms, two baths, and a beach where you will rarely see another soul — just trade winds and the occasional wild donkey at the gate.
YOUR PROPERTY
Sleeps 9 in three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Two bedrooms have queen beds; the third has three single bunks, ideal for children or teenagers. Queen sofa bed in the living room.
Open kitchen and dining room with full appliances, cookware, bakeware, blender and coffee maker. Large TV. Washer and dryer. In-room safe for passports and laptops.
Outside: private pool and jacuzzi on the sand, gas grill, lounge chairs, gazebo with hammock and daybed, freshwater shower, and a dive gear rinse tank.
GUEST ACCESS
The entire villa, pool, jacuzzi and beachfront are yours for the duration of your stay. Nothing is shared and no one else is on the property.
Self check-in from 3:00 PM using a lockbox. You will receive everything you need to let yourself in, so there is no arrival time to coordinate. Check-out is 11:00 AM.
Linens, bath towels and beach towels are provided, along with lounge chairs and a freshwater shower for rinsing off before you come inside.
INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
We are reachable throughout your stay if you need anything, and we have staff on the island who can come by quickly if something needs attention. Otherwise we leave you to enjoy the villa in peace.
We are glad to help arrange a car or golf cart, dive trips, boat charters, whale watching in season, a private chef, or a grocery shop before you arrive. Please ask ahead of time — island excursions need booking in advance, and cars go quickly in high season.
OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE
GETTING HERE: fly to Providenciales (PLS), then 25 minutes to Grand Turk (GDT), roughly $80 per person each way. Book early.
No public transport, so you will want a vehicle. No daily housekeeping. Shops are small and restocked weekly by boat.
HOUSE RULES
• Please rinse sand from your feet before entering the pool or the villa. A saltwater foot faucet is provided — sand clogs the drains.
• Beach towels are provided for the beach and pool. Please keep bathroom towels indoors.
• Please close the beach gates behind you, or the donkeys will come in and eat the plants.
• Children must be supervised in and around the pool at all times.
• Please lock doors and windows when you go out and overnight. The island is safe — just don’t make it easy.
• Smoking is permitted outside on the deck only. Please use an ashtray.
• We leave a courtesy supply of toilet paper, paper towels, soap and detergent to get you started. For longer stays, please plan to restock.
• Additional cleanings can be arranged for $300. We can pre-stock the fridge before you arrive for a $50 shopping fee.
