Loved Lisbon

Great location and the apartment was very nice. It would have been nice to have more complete instructions earlier about check-in, wi-fi, washing machine etc instead of figuring it out or asking.

Wonderful location, wonderful space

The apartment space is very functional and beautifully decorated. Very clean. Loved the neighborhood! Super close to two cafes with lovely outdoor seating.

Great place!

Clean, bright and open apartment close to many great things! Close walk to bars, restaurants and the important sights in Lisbon. Apartment was perfect for our family of 4. Owner was quick to respond to any of our questions. Not super fancy/fussy, but we enjoyed it!

Great location in cozy apartment

We had a great stay in Lisbon at this centrally located apartment. The bedrooms were well furnished, and the living area was very comfortable. Joao was a very helpful host, and quick to respond. This area is very hilly, be prepared for a lot of walking.

Wonderful, clean, and close to many things

My mom and I visited Lisbon and stayed 3 nights at the palm tree house. Joao was very accommodating, met us for check in and made personal recommendations. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The area was great, we are big walkers so were able to get to everything we wanted to see in Lisbon, and there are plenty of bars, restaurants, and parks within just a few blocks.

Lisbon with friends

Property was in an excellent position for exploring Lisbon, close proximity to restaurants and bars. Communication was excellent at all stages, kindly allowing us to drop the bags of slightly earlier, cleaner was very helpful. Property was perfect for two couples for a weekend break, beds firm but comfortable, generally quiet location apart from a dog in the basement apartment, would recommend and stay again

Nice apartment in a great Lisbon neighborhood.

Really great neighborhood, with great restaurants (especially the oyster and margarita bar and local restaurant just downhill!). Because it is very up and down steep in Lisbon, getting the key from a few blocks away is not great if lugging luggage! Leave someone at the apartment and send a runner.

Perfect location and a great value

overall we were very happy with our stay and the apartment. The bathroom door handle did fall off and the host was going to come fix it but never did but it wasn’t that big of a deal. Also the downstairs neighbors little dogs yap as soon as the neighbor leaves and do not stop barking until she returns but I’m not sure what the host can do about that. The laundry is hidden in a door behind the TV which is odd and we didn’t realize where it was until we read other reviews. Those were the only negatives. Everything else was great.

The floor is making lots of noises when walking. Bathroom is very small. The soap dispenser is broken. One of the dining chairs is broken. There are stains on the sofa in the living room.

Nice apartment

The apartment is a good size and is centrally located. There are no views but we were out all day visiting Lisbon so it did not bother us. Communication with the owner was easy and he was helpful with suggestions for things to do and see.
