The 40 sqm apartment. it is on the ground floor, with direct access from via G. Zummo. Furnished with excellent taste and with particular internal lighting. There is a small kitchenette with pull-out tables and chairs. Very central to visit and to enjoy the sea of Ortigia.

Matto greeted us immediately on our arrival. He was attentive to all our needs and answered all her questions and made recommendations. Anytime we had a question or a request. He filled it immediately. The apartment was great one Private master with its own outside door and the other two rooms were as described. One of them had its own outside garden like open air smoking area.The apartment is centrally located in footsteps away from the water. Couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you, Matteo.
