Beautiful Waikoloa Beach Villa - Winter Dates on Sale!

Our villa is furnished in a casual tropical island theme with hardwood floors throughout. It is ideally located, just steps away from the pool. Our Hawaiian style townhouse is an end unit with windows on all four sides, 17-ft high living room ceilings and no one above or below you. Having a bedroom and a bath on each level provides additional privacy. We furnish free high speed WiFi and 3 flat screen TVs. The 55" HDTV in the living room is WiFi enabled. In our well-equipped kitchen you can grill fresh fish from the local market and even enjoy farm fresh fruits and vegetables from the nearby Kona Farmers' Market. Brew a cup of 100% Kona coffee and enjoy the variety of world-class restaurants on the Kohala Coast.

Waikoloa Beach Colony Villas is a private, gated complex in the exclusive Waikoloa Beach Resort. It is on Hawaii's Kohala Coast with the Big Island's best beaches and weather. Waikoloa Beach Colony Villas was awarded the Certificate of Excellence Award. Waikoloa Beach Colony Villas is set among 22 acres of tropical landscaping and palm trees, and is right next to the 10th fairway of the Waikoloa Beach Golf Course. You can also play tennis, work out in the air-conditioned fitness center, or relax at two tropical pools. One of the two pools features a lava rock waterfall and spa and the other pool has a separate 18' deep children's area.

Waikoloa Beach Resort is a world class resort located on the Kohala Coast, 18 miles north of the Kona Airport. This was our third time to the Big Island, and this stay was fabulous. The location was central to the beaches we like to visit. There was plenty of room for the four of us. The use of the beach equipment/ towels/ cooler was fabulous. Although we have our own snorkeling gear, there was plenty we could have borrowed. My youngest son loved playing tennis. We will definitely come back!

We had a great stay! The unit is comfortable and clean. Beds were comfortable, AC worked well in most areas, but downstairs bedroom didn’t cool off quite as well. The unit does need some repairs and updates, but this is likely reflected in the lower cost as compared to other units in the complex. Adjust your expectations accordingly and you’ll be happy. In-unit laundry, beach equipment were useful (though some beach chairs were broken). Great location near one of the two pools. Overall we were pleased and would rent again.

Beautiful Waikoloa Village

The villa is in a beautiful secure gated community. Two large pools one almost outside the door and the other with a rock waterfall and hot tub a few minutes away. The villa itself has everything you need for your stay. The only downside from my perspective is the housekeeping co. coubetter job.

We had a wonderful time in this condo! It was perfect for our family of four. There are plenty of beach toys/chairs/towels that made our trip very easy! There are so many cool beaches within a short drive that you won’t have to visit the same one twice. We were very happy with our stay and would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Favorite neighborhood in WBR. Colony never disappoints, as former residents it was fantastic to be back home for a few days. The pools and hot tub are always excellent. Staff are always phenomenal.

Great base for island adventures

Perfect spot for our family of five to stay. Grandparents plus our 5mo. The pack and play was easy to set up and there was a high chair if needed. Lots of beach toys, umbrellas, boogie boards. Very close to the family pool as well. Would stay again!

Beautiful condo in Waikoloa

This condo was perfect for our family. It is clean and comfortable, with a nice lanai, which was perfect for eating breakfast. The kitchen has lots of amenities, so cooking and BBQ was convenient. We really enjoyed the boogie boards, cooler, beach chairs, etc provided by the owners. Great location near beaches, shops, etc.

Our 12 day stay at Jim's place was great. The condo was a perfect base for exploring Waikaloa and the Big Island. Our kids loved the pool and we all appreciated coming back there after the days adventures. Even though there wasn't a beach that was within easy walking distance, there were countless beaches within a short drive.

Wonderful stay

We had a great time at the Wikaloa beach villa. Jim was easy to get hold of and his housekeeper and staff at the villa were very helpful to answer any questions. The house is well stocked with all essentials, and we also found great equipment for our toddler to play in the beach and build sand castles with! It is a nice property and we enjoyed the kids pool. Some of the good beaches are about 20-25 minutes away, but that was fine with us.

Perfect home away from home!

This place was wonderful for our family vacation in Hawaii. Plenty of space for myself, husband and 3 kids. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking appliances and dishes. We were so grateful to find a closet full of boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrellas and snorkel gear. Just steps away from the pool and close to shopping and beaches. The area is beautiful and quiet in the evenings. We really enjoyed our stay and would book again in a second for future trips to the area.

Great quiet location

This condo had all the amenities that you would need. Beach towels/umbrella/chairs/coolers/boogie boards. The location was A++. Too far of a walk for us to A Bay and shopping but who cares. 😊 Loved the fact that you didn’t have anyone above you. Truly a quiet area. Thanks Jim for the use of your property.
