Nice stay in Houlgate

Our host was very kind and the flat was well located, clean, and well equipped. Single minus is the missing bathroom sink upstairs and the trash cans someting away. There was no reserved parking space, but fortunately we could get always one very close to the flat.

The position of the flat

We had a very nice vacation in this flat. The landscape and the climate were beautiful and we never lived so nearby at the ocean. So it was as like a privileg for us. Many bars and restauransts, baker and supermarket were also not far.

Un joli appartement très bien situé, à la fois en centre ville et à 50 m de la plage.Il est très bien équipé. Et l’ĥôte a la gentillesse de laisser des produits de premières nécessité ( alimentaire et d’entretien) ce qui est très appréciable pour des courts séjours.Le seul inconvénient est l’escalier un peu raide pour de jeunes enfants.

Appartement idéalement placé sur la rue des bains en centre ville. L'équipement est vraiment au top et la sympathique décoration de Noël était la bienvenue pour la période de notre séjour. Chauffage efficace contre le froid hivernal. Je recommande vivement ce logement. Peut-être reviendrons nous en été...

Gemütliche Wohnung im Herzen von Houlgate

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in dieser Wohnung. Alles war praktisch und wirklich gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist sehr zentral und in unmittelbarer Umgebung sind alle Annehmlichkeiten fußläufig erreichbar. Die Nähe zur Nachbarschaft hat uns besonders gut gefallen. Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung

Sehr nette Vermieterin, saubere und gut eingerichtete Wohnung. Ausreichend Platz für 3-4 Personen. Bequeme gute Betten. Super nahe am Meer. Die Gegend ist traumhaft. So viele gute Restaurants in direkter Nachbarschaft. Unter der Wohnung befindet sich eine Pizzeria mit leckerer Pizza. Wir haben jeden Abend ein anderes Restaurant probiert. Vergessen Sie nicht zu reservieren. Parkplätze sind auch leicht zu finden. Wir kommen definitiv wieder.

Tolle Ferienwohnung direkt am Strand

Sehr liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung. Wir haben uns mit unseren zwei Kindern sehr wohl gefühlt. War alles vorhanden, was wir brauchten, auch für unseren Säugling. Strand sehr nahe. Supermarkt um die Ecke. Trotz zentraler Lage ruhig. Zu empfehlen!

Urlaub in sehr schöner Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist sehr empfehlenswert, nicht nur wegen der optimalen Lage (kürzeste Wege zum Strand und verschiedenen Restaurants und Geschäften), sondern auch wegen der geschmackvollen Ausstattung. Es fehlt an nichts. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt.

Always a good choice

Wir waren bereits zweimal in der Unterkunft und wir waren jedesmal rundum zufrieden: Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber, die Einrichtung geschmackvoll und die Lage prima zentral. Wir hatten einen erholsamen Urlaub. Vielen Dank! Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

Viel Platz und sehr gemütlich.

Wir haben uns aufgrund mangelnder Französischkenntnisse über die einfache reibungslose Schlüsselübergabe gefreut. Die Küche war sehr umfangreich eingerichtet. Die Kinder hatten in ihrem Zimmer einen DVD Player und eine Playstation 2. Das hat uns während unseres veregneten Urlaubs sehr geholfen. Im 2. Stock gibt es einen Schreibtisch mit Tageslicht und eine extra Toilette. Das Schlafzimmer mit dem Doppelbett geht nach hinten raus und das Kinderschlafzimmer nach vorne zur Straße. Es gab genug Schränke um Kleidung für einen 2-wöchigen Urlaub unterzubringen. Die Gerüche der Pizzeria haben wir nur ganz dezent wahrgenommen. Wir sind dann aber auch 2 Mal dort essen gewesen. Alles war mit Liebe dekoriert und praktisch eingerichtet. Trotz Regen hatten wir so einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt.

Vous n avez effectué aucune demande particulière , si vous aviez souhaité une remise en main propre des clés vous ne m en avez pas informé. La boîte à clés est un moyen d arriver et de partir pour nos vacanciers sans les contraindre, elle est plus un gage de souplesse que d impersonnalité. Ma mère était sur place et a essayé de vous rencontrer, vous n étiez pas présent à l appartement.

Nous sommes revenus dans cet appartement pour la deuxième année consécutive. Toujours une très belle expérience. Appartement confortable et très bien équipé. Situation au top, juste a côté de la plage et dans la rue commerçante d'Houlgate.

Séjour familial

Appartement propre et très bien situé, à seulement quelques pas de la mer. Secteur vivant, avec restaurants et commerces de proximité au pied du bâtiment. Seul bémol à préciser, bruit important émanant du moteur des frigos du restaurant, au niveau de la chambre.

Bonjour , je suis surprise que vous indiquiez le bruit des frigos des restaurants au niveau de la chambre car il n y a pas de frigo. Le local où le restaurant stocke ses denrées n a pas de frigo en fonction. Il s agit d un stockage de denrées sèches. Ne s agit il pas plus du bruit de la VMC ?
