Family holiday house directly at sea

A beautifull villa with direct sea view. On the left Penon d'Ifach, on the right the small marina of Puerto Blanco. A small path takes you to the beach of Puerto Blanco in a couple of minutes. Sleeps 8 in 4 bedrooms, The 4th one on the second floor with seperate bathroom and large terrace. A total of 4 bathrooms, covered and open terracesa A large pool and charming garden. Covered carport for two cars and more place on our own property.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Beautiful villa in lovely setting

We had a great time. The setting of the villa is stunning. The photos do not really show how breathtaking the setting is. A beautiful view to the sea and the Peñon de Ifach. The villa is as described and the kitchen is well equipped. Only 15 minute walk away is the beautiful old town. Overall we had a great time here and hope to be back

We loved the villa it was comfortable and met our needs. The oven may need replacing in future as difficult to see the markings on it but it worked fine, we struggled with the bbq. The garden and pool area are fantastic. Steep hills car hire recommended. Would come again.

Family holiday

A villa with beautiful views and outside space. The pool was enjoyed by all. The layout of the villa was great for 2 families. Great communication with the owner. The location is quiet, private & peaceful. Car needed for getting around, shopping etc. the walk into town takes around 20 mins. Taxi back was €7.

Geweldige familievakantie

We hebben een geweldige week gehad in dit huis. Ontzettend mooi uitzicht vanuit het mooie grote terras. Zwembad is groot, diep en schoon. Een paar kleine oneffenheidjes (het is geen nieuw huis), maar contact met Douwe verliep snel en heel correct. Calpe is een mooie stad en vanuit het huis kun je lopend naar de eerste restaurantjes in het "oude" Calpe. Maar het is ook goed te doen om naar de boulevard te lopen. Je moet je wel realiseren dat er hoogte verschillen zijn, maar voor onze groep was dat geen probleem.

Wat een fantastische plek! Sfeervol huis waar geschiedenis in zit. Het huis is zeer compleet en gezellig ingericht. Wij hebben genoten van het zwembad, het terras en natuurlijk het prachtige uitzicht. Het contact met de eigenaren verliep erg prettig.

Such a pretty, beautiful villa. Perfect for two families to share with plenty of space, excellent facilities, fabulous views and an amazing pool. Very comfortable traditional Villa, with great pool and stunning view of the bay below. Definitely need a car every you need in a villa. The only thing for the ladies would be full length mirror in bedrooms as only one room had one. We all had a very enjoyable stay.

Amazing holiday

Thank you so much to Douwe for allowing us to stay in your beautiful villa. It is a traditional Spanish villa with plenty of space for the 7 of us that stayed. The view directly of the sea was absolutely amazing. We spent most of our time by the huge pool that the kids loved. The house was fully air conditioned which was definitely a must in the hot weather. The beautiful town of Calpe was a 15 minute walk (which didn’t bother us at all and if the kids were tired it was a quick and cheap taxi ride back to the villa). Highly recommend the old town for traditional tapas and the beautiful streets. Would highly recommend this villa to anyone with a large family, it was well stocked when we arrived and we couldn’t have enjoyed our holiday more. Looking forward to staying there again in the future!! Thanks Douwe
