Wir waren dieses Jahr zum zweiten Mal in der Finca und waren wieder begeistert - e in tolle Unterkunft in schöner Lage kurz vor Arta.Fragen bzw kleinere Problem würden direkt beantwortet bzw vom Vermieter direkt vor Ort behoben.Wir können einen Urlaub in dieser schönen Finca nur empfehlen.

It can still get chilly in the evening in April, but I 100% recommend to stay here! :)

The location was amazing, really quiet, the view was perfect. It was really spacious and there were a lot of lovely details in the decoration and supplies (e.g. hair dryer was there, some liquid soap). The outside area and the pool were awesome. Handing over/,retrieving the key went really well, we always had the feeling that we can contact someone in case of questions. It was an amazing vacation here! Some things could be renovated, but it’s not too bad.E.g. the mattresses were kind of soft (but some people probably prefer that). There could be more an eye to details in the kitchen area, e.g.:A glass was broken, but still inside the cupboard, a cup had a small dent, the dishwasher was not cleaned thoroughly, one piece in the fridge was broken and not replaced… we could still use everything and nothing was really dirty, the rest of the place was awesome, but maybe check on those things more often.

La corbaia

Nos encanta la casa y el sitio. Volvemos cada año. Una recepción algo más personalizada. Una nota? Una botella de vino dando la bienvenida? Algo que os diferencie como marca y servicio al cliente. Faltan elementos muy básicos como el detergente, papel higiénico, papel de cocina. En estancias de 10 días es incómodo tener que comprarlo todo. Entiendo que sal/pimienta etc por el covid son cosas complicadas pero lo otro lo veo básico. La casa está llena de carteles de plástico en la entrada con todo tipo de avisos. Cuando uno paga ese dinero por la casa no espera un tablón de anuncios como si fuera un instituto. Este año el equipo de limpieza llegó tarde y entramos con retraso en la casa. También dejaron una semana todas las sábanas usadas en la lavandería, absurdo después de tanto esfuerzo por desinfectar. Gracias por vuestro esfuerzo en mejorar!

Tolle Finca in schöner Lage

Sehr gut ausgestattete Finca es hat an nichts gefehlt. Handtuchwechsel 2x pro Woche und Zwischenreinigung nach einer Woche. Gepflegte Aussenanlage. Die Betten sind zu hart.
