Villa Lentischi is located in an exclusive residential complex called "I lentischi", just 5 km from the white sandy beaches and crystal clear sea of ​​Chia, just outside Domus de Maria. Surrounded by luxuriant nature and the island's scents, this elegant villa with private pool and garden offers tranquility and spectacular views of the surrounding hills.

Furnished with taste, the villa combines a cozy and contemporary style with traditional Sardinian elements, and is equipped with winter air conditioning, satellite television - decoder - and wifi connection. It is composed of two floors so divided:
1st floor (60 m2): living room with fireplace, combined with kitchen with dishwasher, dining area, access to large covered veranda and garden with swimming pool, double bedroom with wardrobe, second double bedroom (with skylight) a bathroom and a cellar containing the washing machine and some furniture usable on the beach.
2nd floor (50 m2): two double bedrooms with access to the upper terrace, bathroom and garden with swimming pool.

The garden of 700 sqm. placed on different levels, has a lush Mediterranean vegetation, among which are the wild mimosas, various kinds of broom, oleander, bougainvillea, myrtle and numerous ornamental species such as lantana. The 3x7 sized pool, set in a very private area, has a depth ranging from 150 to 250 cm. and is exposed to the sun from morning to sunset. It has loungers and a small porch to shelter from the sun. There is also a barbecue area.
The large entrance veranda features a metal dining table and ceramic, a sofa and armchairs to allow for a pleasant stay at all hours of the day.

In the quiet village of Domus de Maria, a few hundred meters away, there are all the shops you may need for daily shopping, or you can buy directly from producers, fruits and vegetables and other local produce at Km0 . There are also restaurants and pizzerias; many summer festivals - porceddu, fish, goat etc. are organized.

The renowned beaches of Chia are approximately 6 km away and easily reached by car.

The villa is an excellent base for discovering the spectacular coastline of Southern Sardinia while enjoying the peace, space and independence of your own private home at the end of the day.

It is an ideal choice for guests who want to explore Chia and its beaches without giving up the comfort of a private pool and garden.

Lovely villa in quiet location. Well located for several sandy beaches within 20 minutes drive. The property was very clean and well equipped. Great bbq with plenty of wood and a privately situated pool. Air con was a little bit noisy but this didn’t affect the stay.

Peaceful, relaxing Villa in the Sardinian hills

Really enjoyed our stay, the location is very quiet and natural. Communication with the host and Paolo was great. There was a beautiful sunset and sunrise every day and the villa had all the amenities for home cooking and a lovely spot for dinner outside.

Lovely villa. Basic inside but everything you need. Within walking distance of a local village though up a hill on the way back for those not too mobile. Pretty garden and lovely seated area outside for meals. Great contact with the owners and local help from the housekeeper.

beautiful peaceful spot

amazing location, short distance from the most incredible beaches, really clean and calm home, there was a funny smell coming from the bathroom drains but maybe because it was the beginning of the season? other than that we had a perfect time x

A stunning villa

A very memorable stay. My family had a lovely week stay in Domus de Maria. The views are stunning and the villa was outstanding. The villa is kept to a high standard. The pool was refreshing after a hot day at the beach and the garden was well kept. Nikos pizza is town was great to eat in the town square as well as takeaway. The drive to chia beach was 15minutes away. The beach is the best I’ve seen in Europe. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Sardegna always with great pleasure

The property located in the hill not far from Chia beaches, nice location clean with enough bedrooms for 8 people (we were 7). Bathrooms were enough with 2. Once for a while a villa with some decent kitchen equipment and all gas fires working properly. Nice fire place for nice BBQ even big enough for 7 people (just a metal brush would be missing). Pool is nice not too big, but enough for evening swim or for weekend at the pool, instead of crowded beaches. Dishwasher better clean everything before putting into discwasher. The only really messy issue was the performance of wifi. Moreover rechargable impossible because was not working. This is for whom depending on working during holiday a mess. No for whom intending or need of working should help himself by buying an own package of wifi prior to travel to Sardegna. Thank you we enjoyed our holiday in a part of Sardegna we have never been before.

Das Haus hat uns sehr gut gefallen, ist sehr geräumig und sehr gut ausgestattet. Es gab sogar gar eine Nespresso Kaffeemaschine. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig in den Bergen in einem kleinen netten Dorf. Die Gastgeber waren nett und unauffällig. Wir können das Haus insgesamt empfehlen, Preisleistung sehr gut. Vielen Dank für alles!

Hervorzuheben ist der reibungslose Checkin Prozess , die hervorragende Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber, der schöne Begrüßungskorb mit den italienischen Köstlichkeiten.Leider entsprach die Lounge auf der Terrasse nicht den Bildern in der Beschreibung und war für Erwachsene sehr unbequem.Die Ameisenstrasse in der Küche war hartnäckig präsent. Im Obergeschoss lief das Abwasser in der Dusche sehr verzögert ab.Ingesamt war das Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis in Ordnung, kleine Verbesserungen wären allerdings nötig, um uneingeschränkt das Haus weiterzuempfehlen.

Das Haus ist sehr schön oberhalb von Domus de Maria gelegen. Die Zimmer sind sauber, geschmackvoll und auch sehr praktisch (in jedem Zimmer Kleiderschränke bzw Ankleidezimmer) eingerichtet. Insgesamt fühlt man sich sofort wohl in dem Haus und dem Garten. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet. Wir fanden den Pool perfekt für ein Ferienhaus in dieser Größe und pikobello sauber. Die Terrassen waren sehr einladend und der Garten liebevoll bepflanzt. Wir durften außerdem auch früher einchecken was absolut nicht selbstverständlich ist. Wir kommen wieder

Das Haus ist schön, ist von einem wunderbaren Garten umgeben. Der Pool ist auch schön gelegen. Man hat einen tollen Blick.Die Küche ist einfach, aber gut ausgestattet. Die Bäder sind in Ordnung, die Dusche ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen.

Nette Unterkunft in einem kleinen Ort

Die Unterkunft macht einen guten Gesamteindruck. Auf einem Hang gelegen hat man etwas Aussicht und das Grundstück ist unseinsehbar. Zu schönen Stränden sind es ca. 10min Fahrzeit mit dem Auto.Die Ausstattung ist einfach und insgesamt o.k. Positiv:- Checkin und Kommunikation war super- Pool mit bis zu 2,2m Tiefe- Uneinsehbares Grundstück- 4 Doppelbetten- mehrere Restaurants im Ort zu Fuss erreichbarNegativ:- 2 Weingläser aus Glas für ein Haus mit 8 Personen sind zu wenig. Die Plastikgläser waren trüb und unansehlich. - Unangenehmer Geruch im unteren Bad. - Am Esstisch bekommt man regelmäßig den Geruch der Abwasserleitung in die Nase, der Abwasser-Schacht liegt direkt an der Terrasse.

Wunderschönes Stück Paradies

Die Villa liegt an einem kleinen Villenhang mit vielen anderen. Jedoch sind die Olianderhecken so dicht, dass der Garten nicht einsehbar ist. Außerdem liegt das Grundstück ganz oben, wodurch noch mehr Privatsphäre gegeben ist. Uns hat es unglaublich gut gefallen und wir haben die Zeit hier sehr genossen. Vom privaten Pool, über den liebevoll gestalteten Garten bis zur Sauberkeit war alles perfekt.

Familienurlaub in Domus de Maria

Wir haben als Familie (2 Erwachsene + 5 Kinder von 9-17 Jahre) in der Unterkunft von Marina und Giorgio unseren 3-wöchigen Sommerurlaub verbracht. Das Haus liegt ruhig gelegen im oberen Teil eines Berghanges. Die Übergabe hat reibungslos geklappt. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und geräumig. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet. Francesca und Poalo kümmern sich schnell, falls doch mal etwas sein sollte. Das Dorf ist in wenigen Minuten fußläufig zur erreichen. Falls man auf der Suche nach etwas mehr Unterhaltung ist und/oder die Kinder ausgehen möchten reicht ein Besuch in Domus de Maria nicht aus. Ein Auto ist obligat. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder! Danke Marina und Giorgio

Schönes Ferienhaus

Wunderbares, ausserordentlich sauberes Haus und sehr gute Kommunikation

Das Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen und wunderschön innen wie aussen. Was uns aufgefallen ist; noch nie hatten wir ein so sauberes Haus gemietet - und wir haben schon viele gemietet. Ein riesen Dank an Francesca und Paolo. Die Kommunikation war sehr, sehr gut und wenn wir Fragen oder Probleme hatten, haben sie uns sofort geholfen. Wir als Paar mit Hund haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können dieses Haus auf alle Fälle weiterempfehlen. Danke Francesca und Paolo für eure Hilfe und eure Bemühungen.
