Well equipped house. Two bedrooms were downstairs and colder which was great as the average daily temperature was around 40°. Anyway A/C would be available throughout. There are many beaches nearby and it is a perfect place. Only small thing: the shown pool is not at the house but you needed to walk quite a bit. Thus we never used it. And Ivano was very responsive and helped us with recommendations for restaurants, beaches, boat rental etc. Would come again here.

Pros: La casa è veramente bellissima e in un’ottima posizione dove eccede la tranquillità..vicino alle spiaggia più belle del litorale. A fine via c’è un negozio fornito di tutto (escluso il pesce fresco). Ivan il gestore della villa sempre disponibile a rispondere alle nostre domande e curiosità. Cons: La piscina del condominio a cui si può accedere con una breve camminata era chiusa qualche gg per dei problemi del bagnino
