Gaia Convenience

The apartment was functional and so convenient to the Metro and many other attractions. We did find it a little damp, with some mould in the bathrooms. The heaters were a definite necessity, but we were comfortable staying there

Listing did not indicate apartment was on the 3 rd floor. No elevator. 58 steps up and same to exit. 4 seniors with luggage proved very challenging. Also did not state that there was no parking available for our rental car. We had been travelling by car for 5 weeks.

We liked it was within walking distance of approx 1km of the city center. It was a spacious appartment and convenient to have two bathrooms. Ines, our host, was very communicative and friendly offering advice on the sights. However, when checking in the beds for the second bedroom were not cleaned which Ines resolved the same day. It was very inconvenient that we only received towels the next morning which really was an issue for us. The appt is on the third floor which was a bit tough for us with three suitcases… for future guests it would be nice to have some limited welcome supplies of coffee and tea…

La casa se cae a trozos, está todo roto, es un tercero sin ascensor, aunque en el anuncio pone aparcamiento no lo hay y hay que estar pendiente de renovar el tiquet de aparcamiento en la calle porque tampoco hay zona para aparcar gratis. Lo positivo es la ubicación de la casa, está limpia y en apariencia es bonita….

Apartamento amplio y cómodo

El recibimiento de Inês fue fantástico. Es muy buena anfitriona. Nos atendió muy bien y fue muy amable. El apartamento es muy amplio y cómodo para una familia. Y aunque no está en el centro de Oporto, se puede ir caminando o en un metro muy cómodo y rápido. El barrio donde se ubica tiene buenos restaurantes y supermercados. En definitiva estuvimos muy bien.

Description non conforme et arrivée chaotique

Bien qu’il soit indiqué stationnement dans l’annonce aucun stationnement n’est disponible, il est nécessaire d’en trouver un dans la rue, ce qui est franchement difficile et/ou payant par tranche de 4h. Aussi, des informations différentes qu’en a l’heure d’arrivée nous ont été transmises par l’hôte et bien que nous lui ayons à 3 reprises transmis notre heure d’arrivée, jamais on a spécifié que le Check-in ne se faisait pas à l’heure que nous lui avions envoyé. De toute façon, personne n’était présent au logement à l’heure qu’eux avait indiqué et ils ne s’étaient pas assurés que les anciens locataires avaient quittés, donc ils étaient encore sur les lieux à notre arrivée. Le ménage a donc dû être fait pendant que nous attendions. La communication avec le propriétaire était également laborieuse. Quand nous avons exposé les problématiques ceux-ci se sont déresponsabilisés et remis la faute sur les autres et non sur le gestion discutable de leur location. Nous ne retournerons pas à ce logement.

Tutto perfetto!

Appartamento pulitissimo, spazioso e comodo per 6 persone. Ha 2 camere da letto molto grandi e luminose, un divano letto nel soggiorno molto comodo e due bagni spaziosi con ampie docce. La posizione è comoda perchè a due minuti dalla fermata della metro e dallo shopping centre El Corte Ingles. L'accoglienza puntuale e cortese. Da migliorare: Gli armadi, non hanno cassetti, ripiani o grucce, abbiamo dovuto lasciare le robe in valigia. Il portoncino, viene chiuso a chiave dagli altri condomini e così facendo non funziona l'apriportone, bisogna andare ad aprire con la chiave e farsi tre piani a piedi.

De tous les 7 hébergements au Portugal celui ci était le meilleur.

Bel accueil plein de bonnes attentions : pastel de nata, porto, jus de fruit, café, etc. Bien situé près du metro, appartement spacieux, très propre et moderne. Tout pour rendre notre séjour à porto agréable.

Appartement spacieux

Appartement spacieux et très propre, bien décoré. Le plateau de bienvenue a été très apprécié (merci!). Bien placé (métro / commerces). Nous avons cependant rencontré des difficultés à l’arrivée car notre GPS français ne reconnaissait pas l’adresse et la barrière de la langue n’a rien arrangé!!!... Les communications avec la propriétaire ne semblent pas toujours aboutir (fuite d’eau signalée le premier jour sans réponse). Et les déconvenues ont suivi : le “parking” s’est avéré payant et à distance et l'appartement ne possédait pas de machine à laver (pourtant nécessaire pour notre deuxième séjour au Portugal)! Il a donc fallu rajouter au prix de la location la taxe de séjour non comprise (2€ par jour et par personne) + le parking (10€ par jour) + la laverie!!! Mieux vaut être avertis!...

Simplesmente Fantástico e muito Acolhedor

Foi pouco tempo de estadia, mas deu para tirar partido de algumas coisas. A senhora Teresa é muito simpática, muito acessível e muito compreensível. Deu tudo o que precisávamos para termos uma estadia otima, e nós todos agradecemos por tudo. Uma casa muito acolhedora, com muita higiene. O prédio é muito sossegado, o que ajuda imenso para descansar. O apartamento esta numa boa localizaçao, no centro da cidade de Vila nova de Gaia. Aconselho muito este apartamento. Muito bom para quem quer conhecer as cidades nos arredores, porque fica no centro de uma cidade (vila nova de gaia) Tambem é muito bom para descansar. Aconselhooo, 5 estrelas

Wir haben uns aufgrund der Lage und den tollen Bildern für die Wohnung entschieden und das war auch genau richtig so. Denn die Lage ist perfekt, man kann alles super zu Fuß erreichen. Die Wohnung ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und man fühlt sich sofort zu Hause
