The air-conditioned apartment with two double bedrooms, bathroom with shower, kitchen, and living room with sofa bed, is located on the first floor of a residence with 6 other apartments, on the roof terrace there are hot tubs, umbrellas, deck chairs (shared use ), the house has a small park, free private parking. The highlight of this accommodation is the location, the roof terrace with a magnificent view, and the opportunity to sunbathe or read a good book in tranquility. The accommodation is suitable for couples, lonely adventurers, business travelers, families (with children), and large groups. The beach and other beach facilities can be reached on foot in a few minutes.
The bar and the newsagent are just a few steps from the house. The supermarket is 500 m away, the beach is only 250 m away, and the promenade where there are many good restaurants with fish menus only 250 m away. The center of Umag is 1 km away, reachable by foot along the promenade or by taking a tour with the tourist train that goes from Katoro to Umag and back.
The house is also close to the tennis courts where the renowned ATP tennis tournament in Umag has been held for years.
For nightlife lovers, there are several bars nearby.

*The registration fee of €7 per person is to be paid in cash upon arrival.

* Smoking is allowed on the terrace or outside, while smoking is not allowed inside.

* We ask our kind guests:

- to respect neighbors and behave calmly and discreetly, especially at night or during afternoon rest,
- for safety reasons, to turn off the air conditioning when they are not in the accommodation,
- to use the accommodation equipment with caution,
- to leave empty containers and to wash used cutlery and kitchen utensils,
- to declare to the owner any damage caused, which after a careful assessment of the damage, the owner will request payment of the costs in cash before departure,
- to indicate the expected departure time one day before departure to arrange the collection of the keys.

* The accommodation must be vacated by 10.00 am on the last day of stay.
