About this property

Tropical Breezes Updated Beach House Waterfront/Art District, Two master BR

A completely renovated 1949 beach house perfect for two couples, or family/friends sleeping separately, one master bedroom has a king bed and the other a queen bed. There is also a queen sofa bed in the breezeway. The beds are extremely comfortable. We live here ourselves 6 months out of the year and travel during the summers. Sitting out on the front deck under the umbrella or on the screened in porch with a cold beverage enjoying those tropical breezes is like heaven. Alternatively you can recline in a hammock in our fenced back yard (3' fence). There is a complete kitchen, a washer and dryer, and of course A/C. There are two HDTVs, one in the living room and one in the queen bedroom off the breezeway with Tivo, Netflix and Amazon. We do not allow smoking! Pets are considered, (we have two dogs ourselves) but they would have to be able to stay off the leather furniture and out of the front yard which is a wildlife habitat especially designed for butterflies. Although people love the space what they most rave about is the location. The house is in the perfect location to walk to the beach, the Tuesday market, the semiweekly art walks, and all the shops and restaurants that make Gulfport what it is. St. Petersburg and Tropicana field are convenient as are the barrier islands of St. Pete Beach, Treasure Island, etc., and Tampa is just over the Howard Frankland causeway. We are only 30 minutes from Tampa airport. Check out the photos!

Perfect 30 day Rental...Did not want to leave Gulfport!

Perfectly stocked and maintained rental. Loved the decor! Super Comfy! Very Clean! Great Location! Paul and Margie were GREAT!
