The Hayloft is a wonderful barn conversion resting on the outskirts of Ross-on-Wye in Herefordshire. Hosting three bedrooms; a king-size, double, and a twin, along with a family bathroom and shower room, this property can sleep up to six people. Inside you will also find a sitting room with a wood burner and an open plan living area with kitchen, breakfast bar, dining and seating area. To the outside is roadside parking for two cars and a front and side lawned garden with patio, furniture, barbecue. Situated in a beautiful location with much to see nearby, The Hayloft is an attractive cottage in a lovely part of England. Please note: This property is not suitable for customers with limited mobility. Note: This property has a £100 Good Housekeeping Bond. Note: One well behaved dog welcome for a supplementary £50. Hot tub available for a supplementary £200.

Roadside parking for 2 cars (the property is located on a no through road so very little traffic). Lockable bike/kayak storage. Front and side lawned garden with patio, furniture, BBQ. One well-behaved dog welcome for a supplementary £50. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 1.5 miles. Note: The owner can provide logs with an honesty box system. Note: There is a very low door on the first floor between the king-size bedroom and the sitting room but there is a second staircase from the open plan area up to the sitting room avoiding the low doorway.
