This place is a real paradise, with a large garden, bbq area, spacious home/rooms. The kitchen is well equipped and air condition where you need it. The reception by host was super friendly, with a bottle of sparkling wine made us feel instantly at home. House was really very clean. Pool was large and kept clean daily by the owner. It is very quiet, private and safe. Would recommend to anyone!

Mooi huis, goede locatie maar behoeft wel wat aandacht.Plupunten: attentie bij aankomst, toch leuk ligging rustig zwembad eigenaar tuin goede airco’s overalMinpunten:- bedden zijn vreselijk, veel te zacht- huis is niet heel ruim bemeten voor 5 of meer personen. Kinderslaapkamer lijkt alsof het 2 aparte kamers zijn, is eigenlijk 1 grote- wasmachine kapot- niet alles was even schoon- paar keer groene aanslag gehad na het zwemmen. Dochter had zelfs groene haren. Werd wel opgelost.- douches regelmatig koud water en niet geschikt als je langer bent dan 1m60Alghero is op 20 minuten rijafstand, in de zomer wel megadruk en moeilijk om een geschikte parkeerplek te vinden.

Luisa et Maurizio nous ont accueilli comme si nous étions de la famille

Une grande maison spacieuse, grande piscine , beaucoup de place au jardin avec tout se quand as besoin comme chez nous , avec transat , de belle plage a proximité, à recommander, ont a déjá décider de retourner a nouveau , n’ésitait pas de prendre cette maison , toujours en service pour les invités. Traumhaftes Anwesen

Ein traumhaftes Anwesen mit tollem Pool und tollem Garten. Das Haus an sich ist auch gut ausgestattet; hier hatten wir uns nur an Kleinigkeiten gestört. Insgesamt ein traumhafter Urlaub!!!

Schönes Haus an ruhiger Lage

+ Schöner grosser Pool mit Outdoor-Shower + Grosser Garten, schön gepflegt. Ideal für Kinder. + Zimmeraufteilung. Jedes Zimmer hat ein eigenes Bad und grosse Kleiderschränke. + Alle Betten mit bequemer Matratze (ausser ein Bett mit schlechter Matratze) - Internet ist nicht wirklich vorhanden - Sauberkeit: Besteck, Zimmer, Grill waren schmutzig - 3 Tage kein warmes Wasser und mehrfach Stromausfälle - Abwasserpumpe war bereits am ersten Tag verstopft und es hat nach Fäkalien gestunken. Handwerker mussten mehrfach kommen, was störend war, da alles dreckig wurde und eimerweise Fäkalien abtransportiert wurden. - Badekleider verfärbten sich im Pool grün. Die Vermieter (Anna Menghini) waren nett und stets bemüht die Probleme zu beheben. Trotzdem war es störend, das so oft jemand ins Haus kommen musste.

Tolle Villa

Für 8 Personen ist das Haus perfekt. Wir waren 4 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder. Jedes Zimmer hatte sein eigenes Bad. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Pool war warm und einfach klasse! Das Grundstück sehr genial mit Kindern. Empfehlenswert ist ein Anti Mückenspray mitzunehmen wenn man Abends auf der Terrasse sitzen möchte. Die Vermieter sind super nett. Wir haben den Aufenthalt und die Ruhe genossen.

Séjour inoubliable dans une maison magnifique

Villa Annetta nous a permis d'effectuer notre regroupement familial annuel (8 personnes) dans un cadre très agréable et spacieux. Il y en avait pour tous les goûts, la maison étant très bien équipée à la fois pour les petits, les ados comme les plus grands et chacun avait son espace sans gêner les autres. De multiples jeux pour les enfants sont accessibles et à disposition pour de petites ballades et la piscine est là pour rafraîchir tout le monde. Le jardin arboré est très agréable et les transats au bord de la piscine permettent de bien en profiter tout comme des 2 terrasses ombragées qui l'entourent. Nous avons passé de bons moments dans cette maison et notre hôte Anna a été vraiment charmant et serviable, répondant toujours présent en cas de besoin. La maison est aussi idéalement placée pour découvrir la région : à quelques minutes des plus belles plages du secteur (Bombarde, Maria Pia, Lazzaretto...) et à une demi-heure plus ou moins de jolies découvertes: Bosa, Stintino, Castel Sardo, Sassari, Alghero. Bref, un séjour qui a comblé les petits comme les grands avec encore un grand merci à vous, Anna qui nous avez permis de nous retrouver dans de si bonnes et belles conditions. Nous recommandons donc vivement cette location.

Das Objekt ist sehr zu empfehlen, wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen! Sowohl der Kontakt zur Vermieterin Anna als auch der zur Vermittlerin Mercedes waren hervorragend, wir kommen wieder!

erholsame Ferien Dank grossem Pool und Garten

Sehr schöner Garten mit grossem Pool. Das Haus ist gemütlich eingerichtet. Toll fanden wir, dass jedes Zimmer ein eigenes Bad hat. Die Besitzer sind sehr bemüht, aftretende Probleme oder Mängel sofort zu beheben. Das Haus liegt etwas abgelegen, dafür auch sehr ruhig. Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen. Leider hat die WLAN- Verbindung selten funktioniert.
