We loved everything about the apartment, it exceeded our expectations, we didn't want to leave. Excellent cleanliness, super well equipped, super nice views. For the price, in the center of Barcelona and with the facilities and equipment it has a 10/10. The best place in Barcelona where we have been to spend a few days. Super recommended.

It was a big comfortable apartment, easy and clean, for familys or groups of friends, restaurants, pubs and clubs and shops all around, we just loved it, very nice that we did not have to deliver the key card in the morning, and the staff at the office was so helpful and nice. We will use this firm again. Thank You so much.

The apartment is perfect, very clean and bright. There were six of us (4+2), enough space, two rooms have two single beds each. There is everything needed for one week stay. Lots of restaurants nearby, a big supermarket almost next door and the bus stop to Camp Nou (No H8) and bus to the Maritim-beach(47) is on the right side, really close to the apartment. We bought 2x T-10 cards for travelling by bus and tube, it was enough for one person for one week. Metro lines are close from the apartment. To sum up: perfect location, lovely host, excellent food and beach. Tip: I really recommend to visit Sitges.

THEY ASKED EXTRA MONEY TO BE PAID OUT OF VRBO, THEN THEY CANCELLED THE BOOKING!

THIS OWNER, OR THE AGENCY MANAGING THE APARTMENT, IS NOT CORRECT: THEY ASKED TO ME TO PAY 200€ EXTRA, AFTER THE CONFIRMATION OF THE BOOKING, AND THEY CANCELLED MY BOOKING AFTER WARDS! I THINK THAT VRBO SHOULD KICK THEM OUT OF THE PLATFORM...

Nice neighborhood but rundown apartment not exactly like the pictures

This agency is managing several apartments in the building, hence the listing often still being on VRBO after you rented it (for same dates). The apartment was definitely not the one on the listing, not as clean and fancy! It's rundown and you can tell it's heavily rented. The couch had a big hole, bathroom's lights were flickering or not working at all, furniture were damaged, water leaks on ceiling....etc. The most problematic for us was to get our deposit back. It was supposed to take about 10 days but it took 5 emails and some phone calls to finally hear from the agency 3 weeks later saying they had processed it. Shady! Apart from that, the building is fine, the neighborhood is nice and quiet yet close to restaurants and shops.
