A great stay for our large group! We had our annual golf trip and chose Grand Junction this year, the house and the whole experience delivered for our group of 8. Plenty of room for everyone to sleep, hang out and relax. Short walk to main street was a highlight!

Great Base Camp for MTN Junction and Fruita!

10 of us enjoyed the stay. Easy access to downtown, Lunch Loops and The Ribbon. Very clean and comfortable.

Family Vacation in Grand Junction

Great convenient location! Well laid out for a group of adults. Big enough for our family of 12. Outside is shaded for hot days and big enough to play games with the family.

We (there were 8 of us) spent 4 nights here and were bicycling the area. The house was perfect for us. It was a quiet area, walking distance to down town and easy access to the bike path. We would definitely stay here again

Perfect Conference Accomodation

We were attending a conference Grand Junction. This VRBO is place perfectly as it was within easy walking distance to the conference center and downtown, making it easy to get everywhere we wanted without driving.

Family graduation celebration

This home was perfect for our needs. We had family visiting from CA, HI, MO, NV and AZ. This home has 6 large bedrooms that accommodated our whole group so we could have the most time possible together. Easy walk to Main St for shopping and restaurants. Owners were very responsive. Highly recommended for large groups.

Bug issue

There was an issue with bugs. Earwigs on the bathroom and kitchen floor. There were also earwigs and other bugs in the 1st bedroom downstairs.

We spray regularly for bugs. We do get a bug or two but not usually more than anyone else. No mention of this issue during the stay, and we didn't seem to see more than a few as usual.
