This property is located in the west centre of town perfectly placed between the beaches of Eastbourne and the shops and restaurants of central.

The apartment is set across one level and is on the hallway level of the building, it is accessed by a gentle ramp so is great for anyone that struggles with stairs. It is very tastefully designed throughout with a modern kitchen and bathrooms both installed.

Its brilliant location offers many great local attractions all within walking distance. Just down the road lies the Congress and Devonshire Park Theatres, and the contemporary Towner Art Gallery, each producing many great shows and exhibitions all year long. The seafront promenade is also just a few hundred meters away, a stroll along here will take you past the 'Redoubt Fortress', 'Eastbourne Bandstand' and 'Eastbourne Pier'. Food lovers will also love this location, from this property you can easily wonder into town where you will be met by many delicious restaurants and cafes.

Inside the property there is a master bedroom consisting of a king-sized bed, a triple wardrobe and an ensuite shower room. The second bedroom is a double room with garden views. There is also a separate family bathroom with a bath and shower over.

The living area has lovely garden views and a TV with freesat, both of which can be enjoyed from this apartments cosy sofa and arm chair. There is also a dining table that will comfortably seat four people.

The kitchen area is well equipped having an oven, hob, fridge-freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave and washing machine. The property is also installed with free WiFI.

All linen and towels are provided (please bring your own beach / swimming towels) and for stays of two weeks or longer a second set will be supplied.

Hi Stuart Thanks so much for staying and your 5-stars :) Having such a prime location and with free-on street parking does create some challenges during the peak summer period, but we always offer parking permits for just £2 per day which allow guests to park their cars nearby and also in the town centre and seafront. Thankfully Eastbourne is still open for visitors with cars unlike Brighton which seems to charge the earth to park anywhere. Thanks again Carl (at Exclusively Eastbourne Holiday Homes)

Lovely apartment in nice location.

Beautiful apartment on ground floor of Victorian house. Large lounge diner and big bedrooms. Very well appointed, modern facilities bathrooms etc. 5 min stroll to sea front. Lots of nice restaurants and little shops are also very close. 15 min walk into centre of Eastbourne. I would highly recommend this property.

A spacious, very comfortable and well presented property.

Lovely comfortable and scrupulously clean property very modern in an older building. Beds very comfortable with good linen, bathrooms spacious with heated towel rails and soft fluffy towels. Kitchen, although compact, is well equipped with good size fridge freezer plus sufficient crockery and cooking pans. Dining area looking over a garden at rear of property. Utility cupboard with washing machine useful if you are staying for a few weeks like us. Central heating is very effective coming on both morning and evening. The property is well situated for accessing the seafront, town and Eastbourne's attractions. The only slight downside is the on street parking which can be a bit difficult at certain times of the day. However, you could easily manage without a car. I would recommend staying here.
