The Stable at Church Farm House is a ground floor annexe based near the village of Reedham in East Anglia. It has two bedrooms, made up of a double with an en-suite and a twin as well as a cloakroom, the property can sleep four people. Also inside there is a kitchen and a sitting room. To the outside there is off road parking for two cars and a patio with furniture. The Stable at Church Farm House is a warming cottage in a fabulous location. Note: while Netflix and WiFi is available due to the area of the property internet speed can be impacted. Note: Strictly no smoking at the property. Note: This property can only accept a Saturday arrival. Note: Maximum 4 people including infants. Note: No charging of electrical vehicles is permitted. Note: STRICTLY NO WORKER BOOKINGS!

Amenities: This property provides central heating for pre-programmed periods only, however outside of those times portable heaters are available if required. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, Smart TV with Freeview and Netflix, WiFi. Town: A village on the fringes of The Broads in Norfolk, East Anglia. Reedham offers a couple of shops and pub/restaurants. It is home to the 19th century, Grade II* Polkey's Mill. Nearby is the city of Norwich, The Broads and Mid-Yare National Nature Reserve. Slightly further there is Great Yarmouth and Lowestoft, both with ranges of amenities and beaches with entertainment. A lovely village in a wonderful area of England.

Pleasant stay

We were welcomed by the owner. Tea, coffee and milk were very kindly provided. The shower is a great size and easy access for a disabled person but lacks a shelf for shampoo etc. I felt that 9am departure was too early especially as you are asked to remove bed linen.

On arrival we were nicely met by Kim the host who opened the door for us and told us where everything was and there was helpful instruction folders on the equipment in the bungalow, the bungalow was immaculately clean and we were delighted with it, the beds were so comfortable and every bit of linen in the bungalow looked brand new. We loved the fact it had a lot of local information to be able to look at the local surrounding areas, the bungalow was in the most beautiful surroundings and we relished the peace and quietness of it. It was so relaxing and refreshing and we absolutely loved it, thank you Kim and Shirley for giving us the chance to see life through a different perspective. When you opened the garden door it was like you were at one with nature, with the bird and rabbits and bats at night. All in all a lovely bungalow and lovely break. Thank you again.
