The cottage is so close to a beautiful beach. It was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. The stairs could be an issue for some seniors as they are a little narrow. The host was very helpful and easy to contact. All in all a lovely place to stay.

We had a lovely 3 days, everything you need in the property, if you have mobility issues maybe not the best as the stairs to the bedrooms are very steep, but that is usually standard in cottages and for me adds to the charm

A lovely cottage, well presented, clean and tidy. Had all we needed for our stay. Property is close to the beach and as we were there out of school holidays, very quite. All necessity shops, excellent fish & chip shop and pubs within a short walk. Would definitely like to go back.

This property is truly outstanding. It was wonderfully clean and boasts everything one could possibly need for a holiday and then many extras too. Beds are extremely comfortable , showers nice and hot and the beach could not be any closer. Its quite central to shops, fish and chip shops and a lovely dog friendly pub. We all loved it and are looking forward to a return visit when we can get the time off! The hosts are friendly, helpful and very quick to respond to e-mails.

Family holiday very close to the beach.

Clean, well equipped cottage with enclosed courtyard ideal for our grandchildren and dog. Very close to sandy dog friendly beach and near the Caister life boat. Excellent cafe and shop in the visitor centre. Would certainly return again a good base for exploring the area by bus or car.

Fab property located a few minutes from a beautiful beach and in walking distance of shops and pubs. The property had everything we needed and more. There is a upstairs and downstairs bathroom and the showers in them were great! Would recommend x

Although we managed with 5 adults 1 child and an infant I would suggest only 4 adults. House was well equipped and perfect location for the beach. Owners were outstanding as they returned items we had left, including an iPhone charger.

Narrow, steep stairs!

Fantastic place and location, very well equipped, very clean, lovely showers, comfy beds. The only negative were the stairs, not really suitable for the very elderly or disabled! Overall we had a brilliant holiday

This is our second or third stay at Sandy Cottage and doubtless there will be more. Very comfortable and well equipped, owners very patient and helpful for people like me who find the vrbo app very complicated, fish and chip shop around the corner at other end of street, front garden parking so nice snd close to front door, short walk to beach - what’s not to like? don’t be scared of the steep stairs just use both hands to come down and one firm hand to ascend!
