Gut ausgestattet mit vielen möglichkeiten, die strände und landschaften zu genießen. Michele ist ein sehr zuverlässiger und netter gastgeber.

Appartamento preso in affitto per la posizione ma soprattutto per la possibilità di avere un parcheggio privato. In realtà con il senno di poi posso dire che non c’era neppure bisogno perché il posto è davvero tranquillo. Venendo ai dettagli sull’appartamento posso dire che è davvero super. Accoglienza e disponibilità del proprietario sono state il primo punto a favore, persona simpatica e precisa come la casa. Tutto estremamente pulito, bagno, pavimenti, cucina e mobili in genere non presentavano un filo di polvere. In appartamento abbiamo trovato TUTTO. Sembrava di essere a casa nostra. Tutto il necessario in cucina, anche pellicola per i cibi, contenitori per portare il cibo in spiaggia, caffettiera e relative cialde, tra l’altro anche quelle per il cappuccino, saponi per le stoviglie, in bagno tutto presente, sia nella doccia che al lavandino, anche carta igienica e un tubetto piccolo di dentifricio, addirittura due capsule per fare il bucato in lavatrice. Aria condizionata canalizzata. Anche il condominio è di recente costruzione e con poche famiglie. Ha un bel terrazzo con tavolino e sedie con la possibilità di abbassare le tende a braccio per avere più privacy e meno caldo in casa. A 100 metri c’è il Conad ben fornito, e in pochi minuti si arriva a piedi in centro o a qualsiasi ristorante. Per il mare non è male neppure quello di Pula, anche se in 20 minuti si arriva alla splendida spiaggia di Chia. In definitiva, se un giorno tornerò a Pula cercherò senza dubbio di soggiornare ancora in questo appartamento. Grazie ancora di tutto al proprietario.
