This is a wonderful place for a family to stay and be close to shopping, restaurants and places to visit. The owner is easy to deal with and the accomodations were very comfortable. We felt we had a true Paris experience!
We loved this place. Location was superb. Very usable kitchen. Great space for sleeping. Beautiful views of the city from this 5th floor apt. Very helpful and responsive owners. Thanks for a great visit

Great location, easy walk to all sites and restaurants. Alex/Sid Host was very responsive. House was easy to enter w provided codes, elevator available if you choose not to use stairsThe house has great reviews and we agree with most, the reviews did not include the following which we felt is important to note: Entry, if entering in the dark make sure to use your phone flashlight, all light turns off after @ 1 min. Difficult to climb stairs in dark. House: I did not completely read the details of the house and missed an important detail. The house is used by the family and filled with owners property. There was no empty drawers nor closets to put away clothes, we just lived out of our suit cases for two days. Refrigerator and freezer were filled w food. We were sharing the home with the owner and felt like a visitor in the home not a renter of the property. We are use to renting properties that are free from property owners "stuff" allowing full use of the home. Overall, the location and host was great.
We were a family of 6, including grandma, 3 kids under 13. This apartment felt like visiting family member. When you enter the apartment on the right there’s a room with a full size bed where grandma slept, I think she said she was comfortable. Then living room with a piano and couch, I am not sure if the couch was a pulled out bed. The couch does have some wear to it. After the dining room, on your right is another room with a queen size or full size bed. It was large enough for two. Following that room is the kitchen on your right. We didn’t use the kitchen, but it looked well equipped. It’s tiny compared to American kitchens. Across from the kitchen is a large bathroom. That bathroom has the washer and dryer. We never used it. It also has a large soaking tub with hand held shower head. The second bathroom was way smaller, but had a walk in shower. We all used that bathroom for showers. The water pressure is not the greatest, but doable. The 3rd bedroom and the largest had two twin beds pushed together and another single twin bed. My kids slept in there. The flat had kids toys and books that my kids used. The linens and bathroom towels may need some updating. None of the beds had flat sheets; only the mattress sheet and a comforter. Overall, we would recommend this place as it has everything you need to enjoy your stay. The location is the best. I think you had to go up one floor to get to the elevator,

Amazing Location
We had a group of 9 people and we loved how spacious it felt. The central location was perfect, close to the metro, bus, Notre Dame, Louvre and restaurants. It was clean and beautiful! The view from the balcony was very nice, especially on a nice sunny morning. One person in our group wants to buy the same model of coffee maker to take back home to the states! Thank you Alex for sharing your home with us! We loved Paris :-)

Why they chose this property
Our decision to settle in this neighborhood was influenced by its incredible versatility and vibrancy. As students, we appreciated its central location, with easy access to the metro and buses, making it a perfect hub for both daily commutes and nightlife adventures.
As a couple, we fell in love with the proximity to charming theaters, fascinating museums, and a variety of delightful restaurants. This area truly nurtured our love for culture and fine dining.
From a business perspective, the convenience of being just about 45 minutes away by metro from both Orly and Charles de Gaulle airports is invaluable. It makes travel for work a breeze and keeps us well-connected.
Now, as parents, we cherish the ability to bike, walk, and explore Paris by foot. This neighborhood offers a wonderful environment for our kids to grow up in, full of parks, pedestrian-friendly streets, and endless opportunities for discovery.
We simply aren't ready to change; this neighborhood perfectly aligns with our evolving lifestyle and continues to enrich our lives in countless ways.
PS: During COVID, I used my 30m2 balcony to cultivate salads and other vegetables. Don't be surprised to find the remains of my garden boxes on the balcony!
