This property is spacious (our party had 9 people), clean, and a comfortable home base for a trip to Paris. The property is close to the Metro and a short walk to Montorguriel. Our hosts were great with communication and quite attentive in making sure we felt at home. We would not hesitate to book this property again.

This was a very nice apartment. Is was clean and well maintained. The street it is on was a little noisy until pretty late, but generally it is in a good location close to a metro stop and a short walk to the Seine River.

Paris Stay

We were very happy with this rental. The three full bathrooms were spacious and clean, nice washer and dryer. It is very close to the metro station in a vibrant neighborhood with restaurants and a small grocery nearby. It was in a great location for us. We would stay again. Mickael met us at check in, showed us everything about the rental and even provided some good tips for dining.

Great location and nice hosts

Spacious apartment in a great location with walking distance to many attractions. Metro is 2 min walk. Communication with the hosts were great and they are very nice and accommodating. For a family of 4 we have enough space to spread out. The apartment is not spotless but in general clean.

Conveniently located in the center of Paris, some attractions are in walking distance. There is a supermarket, a boulangerie and a metro station right outside. The apartment is clean and has lots of space for a larger family. We appreciated the air condition since we experienced a pretty intense heat-wave during our stay and it was pleasantly cool in the apartment.Check in and check out was easy.Recommend without hesitation.
